do be alil careful of your IU in this angle.

mine's in this angle too & i get IU inspection letter on monthly basis.

th flat face has to be flat or slanted front/back.

slanted side way wld hav alil problem detecting here & thr..

i know of an Intruder4 tht changed to phantom shocks. cause its shorter.

maybe you can compare th lenght of various bike & change accordingly?

phantom has a pretty short shock thou, 11" or 12" if im not wrong.

hi bros... today had problem with my carb... went to ah chong at planet... he say water went in... he ask if i switch to reserve, i say ya, then he say thats e problem... he said shadow n steed has this problem of water leaking into e tank... causing water to remain stagnant at e bottom of e tank and when u use reserve, water will enter carb and will have problem...

 

so anyone experienced same problem? any solutions? was thinking of using a flat piece of rubber, cut to size and stick under e existing piece of rubber under e fuel cap... so that will b tighter... will it work? and also where can i get flat rubber?

Someone post before on adding a rubber washer under the fuel cap. After doing that, engine stopped after a while. Reason? the petrol can't flow down to the cab bcoz the additional rubber made the tank totally air tight...no air in to let the petrol flow.

I have a rubber foam seal over my fuel tank opening, with a small gap. It'll be fine as long as some air can go in.
