that's called short period rates. Insurance companies still have to earn something... I don't think NTUC will charge extra $10 after taking 15% admin fee.

The last time I cancelled my policy mid way, I didn't have to pay additional $10.

If you're going to take up a insurance on your new bike (with the same insurance company) chances are, you don't even have to pay an admin fee.

Just take a quick look at your policy contract wordings. They will state very clearly how much you can get back in the event of early cancellation of policy.

No need any documents. Just give policy number and Name, NRIC and bike number. To be safe, maybe just bring down your bro's NRIC, they are able to check. If they need the original cert of insurance, just tell them that you've lost it.

I have an existing claim which i am making against another person who is insured with Allianz.

I have found out that the other party has neglected to report the accident happening to Allianz. Both parties has signed the official GIA accident form and the form was submitted when making the accident claim. However, Allianz has REJECTED the claim to my legal company, reason being that the other party had not reported the accident to them. Any course of action that I can take?

hey guys??? haf u ever thought....

we civilian road uses will not get booked if we exceed the speed limit between 1-19km/hr. However to sm brothers out there, they might sway sway kena booked for tt range...

But why the word sway sway??? Shldnt it b a firm thing??? if most dun book at the range then why wld sm still kena???

And i m also v sure tt TP(without siren n rotating light) also do travel the speed between tt range... so....

it really puzzle me?????:giddy:

Can anybody enlighten me???

i don't think it will be his insurance company that will be going after allianz liao... cos in the first place if his insurance company didn't pay for anything, it has got nothing to do with his ins. co. already... it will be his lawyer going after the TP loh...

unless his insurance company paid for his damages to his bike or paid for his personal injury, than they'll go claim back from allianz if they deem fit.

yeah. they have a clause stating that you have to report all potential (or not) claims. In the event you do not report it, they have the right to refuse a claim if the TP comes after you
