i tink we all have heard before when mourinho goes on being cocky and all that...and some commentators or former players say that probably he means it in a different way...bla bla bla....but this guys seriously tinks very highly of himself and does not tink twice about blowing his own trumpet...he actually mentioned before if u recall....'I am one of the best managers in the world..' yes...he may be one of the best...but never heard any manager saying that about themself...wenger and fergie never said anything like tat before...

Graeme Souness. Coz he sux. Every club he managed slumped some way or another. Some were luckier than others (eg Southampton kana relegated)...but all kana jia lat jia lat because of his inept management.

 

His judgement of potential and ability is also super questionable. Take the latest job he had for instance. Panic buys of Boumsong, Luque...end up flop. (need i include bramble bumble?)

 

In the past, I think his 2 most notable blunders are wanting to get rid of Deco because he felt he wasn't good enough, and signing an unproven "cousin of George Weah" and subbing Le Tissier off for that fella...who proved in 5 minutes that he didn't know how to play soccer and had to be subbed out.

 

Mourinho talk **** is one thing...he still can deliver results. Souness? The fella who was voted the worst manager ever? Talk talk talk but dunno how to manage. And even tho its proven he can't do it, he still go around trying to get management jobs and ruining clubs around...heh.
