yeap..as posted above.. just to add on.

if fog lights are to be installed for whatever purpose, they have to be covered up when you're in singapore.

even if the foglight isnt in working condition.. it just has to be covered...

Fog-light has a purpose. They are not entirely illegal but there are guidelines to follow. They have to be covered at all time during normal riding weather. If you install extra light, dun think it is a prob as long as you keep it shining within a certain distance. Example is when scram change their single light to a Twin Baja, they are adding lights but consider legal cos Baja are not like fog light which shines very far and very bright.

Before you install fog light, think on how you wanna use it. If you wan it for cosmetic, but some chong ones which has the normal lighting requirement, e.g. low beam only 20m i think. If you install fog light for the NSHW, or if you tour often to lowly or not lit areas, just follow SG law.

I have a pair of Hella Comet 500, uses them on NSHW and during very very heavy rain which it is impossible to see just 5m ahead. Uses the light to notify other road user i am coming or behind. But during normal rides, i have them covered except during very early like 4am or late like 2am rides when most drivers are sleepy, thus use the light to "wake" them up in case they come into my lane.
