need advise on poor quality + service of repraying arai helmet by chiap lee

Respray must send to M'sia? Any chance they might switch the helmets with a cheaper knock off? Spread the news..Boycott the shop..Tell your friends..They will in turn tell their friends..Ripple effect..

Save the trouble next time. Save your cash. Just send your helmet direct to Yeow Motor and it's only $60(plain colour) to $100(complex colour). M'sia? LOL it's crap I tell you.

Never ever hear good comments about that shop before....

 

i go back my helmet already. they managed to fix it for me and agree to just sell me one missing nut for my helmet which usually come in pairs as spare parts. i checked MOMO Design website that chiap lee is the distributor for singapore.

 

i intend to get buy more momo helmets in future. do any body knows where else sells momo.

that one not chiap lee lar... that one is opened by one of the brothers of the chiap lee store... i dun tink it's fair to criticise chiap lee becos of this store.. so far chiap lee has given me quite a good impression.... next time want to buy or spray helmet... best go to 219 at lavender.. the big shop.. or go to chiap lee itself....

All the 3 shops belong to the same family. If I'm not wrong this shop is run by the eldest brother. For me, i am particulary pissed off with the attitude of twin terror at serangoon rd ....

moral of the story:before engaging in any type of transaction,dont believe words at face value.get the business owner to write down whatever he says as proof.if he's unwilling,it means he cant fulfil his promise
