Having said that, my take on the issue is that TS may now be on the borderline on whether he has disclosed the shop's name or not. But legally speaking, if you are speaking the truth, and have solid proof of that, then no lawyer's letter can harm you. Usually such an issue makes a quite interesting newspaper article as well.

 

As for the payments, if you feel that you have paid an unfair amount or the terms have not been met, you should seek assistance from consumers association (but must be member first $10), or you can go direct to small claims tribunals. Don't just suffer in silence. I am not sure about legal aid, but i'm sure you can Google it.

 

But honestly, I'm also curious to know what shop...haha

so the nxt time we buying any bike at any shop, we should ask whats the downside like repo, warranty, what will happen if we never pay, how long it takes for them to repo and etc..... dun be so hyperactive when buying(u noe wad i mean hehe..) afterall this chat i oredi noe whats the shop name..... from a clue to another ... hehehe had been there to test water.... i noe very tempting... the way they talk all can ON... right after u ride away from their shop, they oredi heck care! so theres lot more shop to go..... its better for the sales man to tell the truth than all oso ok.. hmmm
