PLS BE AWARE THAT THERE MIGHT BE A TRIAL FOR SEGREGATION ON RIDERS BASED ON SKILL LEVEL AT ON THIS 10TH FEB 08 TRACKDAY..

8:30 Mandatory Riders Meeting in the Administration Garage. Registration and Safety Inspection Closed during Riders Meeting.

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION..

 

Sport / Advanced Group - If your bike is setup as a track bike, then you will sign up in the Sport / Advanced Group, if you wish. Sport / Advanced Group bike characteristics include: Race fairings, DOT or Slick tires, mirrors removed, number plate removed, turn signals removed, aftermarket rearsets, headlight removed, crash bungs/frame sliders, safety wiring, etc.

 

Street / Intermediate Group – Bikes less than 400cc will be placed in this group. For big bikes(400CC & ABOVE), if your bike looks like it is setup for Street riding, then you will be assigned to the Street / Intermediate Group. Items that indicate a street bike are stock fairings, mirrors, number plate, turn signals, street tires, headlight, etc.

Best u Join GRP A..

In response to the unprecedented turnout at the Jan 26 / 27 Sepang trackday, a PROPOSAL was drafted and Sepang International Circuit was approached yesterday with a plan to organize future trackdays according to rider turnout:

Lap times do differenciate a fast & slow rider..

 

TRUE..!!

 

But u urself can gauge wat's ur pace,style of riding & even exposure u need..

 

The initial will be quite chaotic..

But with the preparation these guys are goin thru.

i'm sure they can iron out all this queries..

 

Anyway..

With the way ur overtaking & lapping me..

We have a decision from SIC for this weekend's Track Day segregation method.

 

After checking on available resources, SIC had informed the timeline is too short to implement it effectively 100% for this weekend's Track Day (specifically 10th February), therefore, the following method will remain this Sunday.

Segregation based on BIKE CAPACITIES on SUNDAY 10th February

 

Bikes 400cc and BELOW

Bikes 400cc and ABOVE

 

30 Minutes Rotation

 

ANNOUNCEMENT :

 

There will be a COMPULSORY RIDER'S BRIEFING this coming Sunday, 10th February 2008 to start at 8.30AM- conducted jointly by the track management of Sepang International Circuit and Phantom.

ARRIVE AT THE TRACK EARLY!

 

for the COMPULSORY RIDERS MEETING at 8:30AM!

As a suggestion, get to the track no later than 8 o'clock. Give yourself time for SIC Admission, parking, and garage setup.

Dear MSS Racers or about to be Racers for 2008,

 

Please be informed that there will be a pre-season Practise Date specifically catered for you (both privateers and teams) for the following date & time :

 

Date : Sunday, 17 February 2008

 

Time : 0900 - 1200 Hrs (Please be there at least half hour earlier)

 

The following schedule will be adopted, based on Below 400cc and Above 400cc :

 

0855 - 0925 - not defined category

0930 - 1000 -

1005 - 1035 -

1040 - 1110 -

1115 - 1145 -

1150 - 1220 -

 

Full Track

 

Usual Rate applies.
