I MIGHT (might only ah) be getting a CBR400 Hurricane if i pass my 2A. Depends on whether it's available by the time i pass ;)

Okay if it is those Johor bike tiam bulbs the bulb colour 35W ones, it will melt my headlight. Confirm tried and tested.

and i dun hear from ah koon.. i see other ppl headlight and its shown it melt.. i nvr hear from any1 but i see myself from ppl bike

 

 

HID for all i know smaller bike ones there is a 15W one available. usually most of them are using the 35w ones. the 35w one even though emits lesser temp, but it does not have a guarantee it dont melt yr casing.

 

and also for mini skinny not so fit, with a sensitive stomach bike like mine, i think i will put in a 15W or 25w [if there is any]one will do.

Hurricane is not the ordinary CBR400 leh. I think it's the older model where the top speed and pickup is insanely better than the newer CBR400 model :bounce:

CBR400 Fireblade; L, N and R models.

 

hurricane models are powerful coz they dont have powercut. L models also dont have powercut. also N and R models have smaller headers. many buy L model headers and put in their fireblades.

 

However, R models can be as powerful as L models. with the lastest R model being slightly over a decade old, its kinda hard to find a fireblade with the powercut intact, surely one of the ex owners removed it already.

 

Hurricane models are raw power, but they are old, and wear and tear comes with age, u gotta know alot about CBRs before committing to one.

 

A 2A bike is more than enough for singapore roads. Now that all these bikes are old, the power difference isnt that significant. i rather u get a newer one, that is in good condition.

 

I hit 180km/h on my babyblade and its nowhere near readline yet. den straightaway close throttle coz scared ady. haha.

 

and since after my accident, i dont dare corner yet.:p

mine is an R model anws.

 

 

oh, and a g4 is very powerful too.

Don't be satisfied with just a 400 ;)

Do some calculations and you'll know :thumb:

few years older +/- nia compared to those expensive Hondas. I'd get a gsxr4 or zxr4 if I were able to spend money on an RVF ;) PGMs are nice track bikes :thumb:

Hey guys, i'm using the net in thailand now. Had a long ride up with Cpt Z.R ytd, took us 12 long butt-aching hours to reach. :D

 

PS. We did it without GPS or any maps :p Two 2B bikes.... Hero ah! Hahaha.
