woooh.. damn sweet! but one thing, since you're using a thin seat, the edge of your tank is visible right.. and it looks rather sharp... hmmm do u think if using a thicker seat would give u the option of covering the edge with the seat?

It's your damn bike, wash it yourself! You rinse your own mouth after you eat, don't you?

the edge u saw i suppose is the tip of the seat area?? i've since covered it up..this pics u saw were the mockup pics.. the minor adjustments have been done. :smile:

actually i'd love to meet up.. jus that the weather these days really sux man... wat say u we meet up on the sbf anniversary?? a meet up for diy fanatics.. and no.. i;m not tokking about the changing eo or sparkplug by yurself type of diy... i'm tokking about hardcore, hands on, with lots of stripping of parts .. making and fabricating parts by yurself n gettin down and dirty with yur bike ---- that kind of diy.... well of cos we aint gonna strip on that day... jus a meet up to see wat we have on our bikes.. exchange ideas.. start some projects going.

yea man... the feel of the bike is real different... more comfortable upon braking definately! eh thanks alot for the help ah.. :cheeky:

 

from what i notice, fork travel seems to have minimised and my horns do not hit against my mudguard anymore!:thumb:

haha good. that makes 2 ppl with the same observations... makes u wonder wat will haopen if we went for the 2 inch extra eh? haha.. but from wat i heard frm another guy who succeeded in the 2 inch extension, he was saying that his arms were sore frm the vibes in the stiffened forks.. i dun supposse u have this problem rite?? mine doesnt.. maybe going 1 inch wasnt such a bad idea after all.. haha..

oh ok... yea man maybe an inch wasn't a bad idea! hahaha though it may seem like rather little, the feel is very different. and i think my bike leans more on the side stand adding to the looks when it's parked! :bounce:

 

i really wanna cut my fenders.. but i still need my saddles! lolz...

but saddles really spoil the look la if you're aiming for the 'renegade with bullhorns' look! :cheeky:

hahaha..ok.. will be trying to paint my wheels these days provided the weather doesnt suck this much.. anybody interested?? :smile:
