Talking about engin oil. Can 2 diff band mix?

ok brader paiseh red also can ah.. seems interesting blue and red... my current scheme blue with secondary yellow looks like rossi ah.. wait people wan to to race with my bajaj difficult hahahahahaha!!!!

not too sure abt mixing eng oil. but mixing petrol no problem :D

 

why would u wan to mix eng oil? ours use 1 litre of eng oil only

*** Bajaj Pulsar 1st DIY Session Updated ***

 

Wat will we be doing?

 

1. 3 point grounding ($15)

- magneto

- inner coil (for 1st plug)

- outer coil (for 2nd plug)

 

2. Replace our Pole light with LED pole light. $9 per pair

 

 

 

Location: FernVale Link Block 412A Multi Storey Carpark (very near jalan kayu.)

Date: 30th July 2006, Sunday

Time: meet jalan kayu carpark at 1230pm

I will be taking pictures. hope everyone can join in :)

Helo bros. I'm thinking of getting a pulsar. Looks like the FC is excellent. However, since I have been riding an S4 for some time, I'm abit sceptical about cruising speed and the rpm.

 

Normally, I travel at ard 80km/h on my S4 with the rpm at 5Krpm.

 

Any kind bros whom have been riding that bike, can tell me the rpm at 80km/h on the pulsar?

lower cc bikes naturally run at a higher rpm.

 

at 90km/hr, its abt 7.2k rpm. not sure abt 80km/hr though

my bike runs 80km/h at abt 6-6.5rpm.. den my bike will purr like a kitten from india.. really smooth.

 

vibes only start when i pull to reach 100km/h..

 

i hope after installing grounding wire the crusing rpm will be lowered abit..

 

and brader apiseh i still not sure abt HID lgt system... 1st and most imprtant thing is.. is it legal at all??

 

wad abt halogen??wads the diff??

Oh, cuz my engin oil low. Den i jus mix with another brand 1. :confused:

NO issue lah, Jeff.. if you are afriad that something bad might happen.. what u can do is jus do an oil change....you know how to do oil change right..

anyone uncomfortable meeting up slightly early.. let say 1200noon?

 

i belief the tools are limited. so need to do sharing. so its ideal to come slightly early.

Gonna lube my chain for the 1st time after work today. How the heck do I remove the chain guard? Easy or difficult? How many screws do I need to unscrew to remove the chain guard?

hey hey! u dun need to!

 

there is this rubber round thing on the side of the chain guard.u can remove it easily to reveal a hole for u to lube ur chain! after tat cover back!

 

oh man i love pulsar

Thanks for the info, Bro Paiseh. I didn't know abt the existence of such a thing on our Pulsars. Certainly makes our bikes more user-friendly for our own convenience. Saves us the trouble of having to remove the chain guard just to lube the chain.....

1 thing bad about the original chain guard is that you cant see if ur chain is very slack or not.

 

Wen i open up my.. super slack sia. lol. So brother take note. :cheer:

Just go back to Universal Motors n they'll deal with it. As long as u have not reach 10k km, most probably no charges.

talking bout lights and bulbs.. my brake lights are not working when i brake.. just found out when i did a belated routine check on my lighting.

 

some more my odometer bulb when out.. all need to be replaced. no issue.
