I got my Pulsar from Universal Motors, Bajaj's sole distributor in S'pore. U can probably get a cheaper price at the other authorised dealers, but I felt safer getting it from Universal. If there's any problem with ur Pulsar, they're probably the best-equipped to deal with it since the Pulsar is not yet that common here. Anyway, their price is not that far off and the salesman, David, is a nice guy so I felt comfortable when dealing with him even tho I'm a newbie.

 

Still, it's a good practice to check out different shops to compare their overall sales package. If u're afraid of being chopped, bring along someone who's experienced in buying bikes.

always remember, when you buy for your Pulsar, look for the shop that comes with rear box and rack. even thou you dun need the box, just ask for it. later or somethiing you might need it.

 

For a free helmet, rain coat or cover is normal to get free.

 

Buying a new bike we can't bargain the price lower but can ask for more free stuffs.

i dont know how the grounding works but, it seems to work when iam trying to cruise above 90km/h.. i guess the extra current produce when high revving is being grounded to produce a much more smooth current flow. this is just my theory.. cos the correct theory iam not sure.

by the way yr hazard lights also cool..

 

stuff i wan to do are.. custom crash bar.. like s4 three point crash bar.. but its impossible to do 3 points on our bajaj.. still looking into it..

 

of cos my famous rear disc brakes.. but the mean time iam taking it slowlyy lah.. rushing will not produce good results..

so for me, time being no reason to go JB except top-up only, if i'm going there to my workshop there, than i ask in the forum lah who ever wanna come. can go in the day also.. better.. like 3pm or 4pm.. no jam and also they very free, no customer so they can do your bike with no rush.. meaning, they do nice nice and neat neat.

 

know what i mean.

 

for me as for now, i gonna fix my side box's rack and if i get a crash bar, i'll put a spot light on it.. act like 'touring' bike lah.. hah!

brader goof the new 250 exhaust dam sweet... looks to me like carbon fibre. but i dont really like the front head fairing design.. the body is to small for such design..

yea i was hoping that the tank is like bigger than our current pulsar. maybe 22litre or 25litre.. hehe

btw today morning was raining..so i din get to service my bike @ universal again..but went to the bike shop @ my office building..added hazard lights too..hehe..and change to the denso spark plugs to test test..anyway he took out the champion 1 and it was all black already.. gotta work liao..cya guys!
