Revocation almost done what to do next?

pardon me if my post is lengthy and maybe has been discussed before in this forum. I would like to welcome back myself to the world of biking!

 

I used to be active in this forum years ago, to be exact more than 7 years ago. The time i had my license and a few different bikes, go outing with riding kakis from here, learnt alot of riding/bike tips and so on. I appreciate all that, thanks SBF. To cut short, I was caught by the authorities due to some traffic offences and was revoked from driving/riding for 6 years. yes, I repeat, 6 solid years. Don't ask me what I did, but I really learn my lesson during these 6 years of not touching my driving license.

 

I remembered, I was sentenced 6 years of revocation around september 2009, and released from "Chalet" around May 2010. The question is, after 6 years of waiting, how or where do I check the date I can re-take my license? And to re-enrol, any other special procedures? After I get my license, will insurance premium be higher than normal case?

 

I really can't wait to be on the road back. yeah, this time be a good driver/rider. Despite the rising cost and unbelievable COE price, my passion to ride still going strong.

Effectively start from zero. Car lessons if you do with private instructor should be faster because don't need to do all the lessons again. Bike licence you bo bian have to go sign up 2B again and redo all the lessons. As for when to re-take, that one must ask TP.

most likely u check with the friendly TP...they shld have your records when you can retake your license...if 2009 sept...that means effectively u can start again in sept 2015 since that would be 6 years?...correct me if im wrong
