Just bought a O2 yesterday...Damn cracking speaker. And the screen always rotate to a right handed view after sometime even though i set to portrait. Seller 1 to 1 exchange today.

okie guys.. i'm back again~!!!

basically, 2day i install all my app into atom.

 

-audio recorder

-CE star (company pay for it)

-handy menu

-MemMaid

-nice start

-PHM regedit

-phot editer

-skype

-TCM player

-winamp

-real player

-SPB

& some PPC codecs

 

now e phone is super laggy.

when i try to close some of e programs after using, it'll hang~!!!

all app install in device.

wah, free CE-Star, so good...

 

my Atom got:

- O2 Plus

- PHM regedit (well, i didn't edit anything though...)

- Memmaid (trial version, will uninstall it after expiry cos not much of use)

- Microsoft net CF 2.0 (in order to play Sudoku...)

- MDict (very good free dictionary..)

- Magicss - (free screen capture tool)

- many games: HiBomber, PDS Sudoku, Bubble shoot, pocket mini goft, Spb Air island, Sky force, Resco Guardian, Battle dwarves, argentum - this is war, medieval heros II & Monopoly.

 

so far my Atom it is still running fast and smooth.

only O2 plus install in device, the rest all in memory card.

 

TCM player i installed before, but it will cause Atom to hang, so i remove it, lollypop may be you can try uninstall the TCM player see whether your atom will hang or not...

 

anyway to watch avi file on media player? where to ge the PPC codec?

when will the 3rd ROM upgrade come out?

my codecs comes with 'smartmovies', but S.M player veri slow in loading. so i choose to use TCM.

i dun think can watch .AVI on WMP.

my problem with TCMP onli happens when i close it, sometimes it'll hangs, & it requires a soft-reset!!!

 

now, i'm using back my 838 with e below app installed.

i encounter problems with CE-Star 2.8 on Atom.

tat's Y i PM u on tat.

he 'claimed' he paid TWICE, but still can't seems to register!

& was trying to 'snook' mi tat it's actually e Atom's fault tat he can't open or send any sms when e CE-Star is expired~!!!

& demand a 1 to 1 x-change!

he even tried to compare his Atom with Dopod, again trying to 'snook' mi...

too bad he didn't koe i was working for dopod b4 i switch over to O2.

 

but seriously, i've got no problems with those Atom sold in Sitex 2005.

ehh... honest speaking, i neber get to use e default media player.

for playing for movie, i use TCMP.

MP3, i use winam.

 

now still trying to locate back my missing link for my online radio, so i can make full use of e real player.

where do you get the weather forecast?

Sev... actually i can request for any O2 products tat e centre has for own usage, but it's subjected to approve, even Benq P50~!!! -.-

e Atom is from centre de, staff set.

for e 838, it's from dopod directly.

 

e weather forcast is SPB weather report.

u can choose to update hourly/daily/weekly or manual update.

when u sync, it can auto update using lan if not by GPRS.

guys!i updated my atom wif the latest updates..looks like getting more haywire leh...sumtimes i cant open up my window media player...n when i wanna take video it says cant initiate codec..Been trying to log on to see02asia but still it says website down..damn it siak..need help..big help!!!

i have no problem login to O2 web site at all, i'm using starhub cable, and my company using singtel.

 

you try to do a hard reset, then install the new ROM, then do another hard reset again, see any improvement?

 

any software you install in your atom? try running your atom in original form, then add one software by another to retify which software causing the problem.

How accurate is the weather forecast? seems like today evening there will be some rain... lollypop, are we getting the same forecast info?
