quite. thats why my joint is always aching. den cos of back pain also(sadly got it strained when i was working in zouk). hopefully it helps build up de bones so at least i'll feel better.

AIA got 1..every mth $20+ nia..den if u accident (eg; walk fall down, food poisoning,injured ur hand or back at work,blah blah blah watever sh!t u can think of) go c doc..den get receipt..can claim..i also haf mah..leg pain go c..den claim..ur back like tat u better go get urself 1..den go c speciallist..the most u pay 1st..den claim..free 1
