cos customer service are suppose to enlighten us with stuffs we dunno. if we know everything, for wad customer service is there for? they are suppose to assist us, analyze our problem, advice us wad to do, and not saying de same thing again and again despite letting them know wad hv already happened and been done(and its not working).

If i were you, i would make it a scene, because i am working as a customer service officer, make sure things are correct before you open your mouth and inform customer, if not, things are hard to explain and you will have to squeeze your brain juice which you dont have to to think of a solution to cover it up.

 

Well, i finally collected my phone that has been sent in for repair the 3rd time within less then 3 months on 7th of july, i requested for a 1 - 1 exchange or a upgrading to another phone which i dont mind paying extra, but was declined. I will be lodging a complain on a customer service officer that spoke to me like a mad woman whereas i am the customer and i am talking like a super nice lady on the phone, and that was before i go screaming on the phone when she start talking like a mad woman....

 

I'm screaming my head off already.

I'm somewhat ready, today tried vertical parking and was damn off the line, instructor dunno what to advise also. Said I'm taller, so his sticker line on rear window where I'm supposed to turn when the pole touches it is not useful for me

too right or too left?

 

you try turning earlier den you suppose to be, or turning later. trial and error with it. if not very jialat. for me i turn a lil' earlier, cos i abit slow when turning de steering wheel.

yeah! totally agree.. its irritating tat our problems are being ignored..
