Both same,but with fake silencers chances of getting caught is lesser.

security bolts luh alarm luh welding are all preventive measures.. given time all of em can be "broken" into.. whatever method u do to protect ur LV if the thief skill enuf still will be gone lor.. unless u employ bhai jaga sit nxt to ur bike evry time u park luhh but stil prevention is better than cure right... all the preventive measures acts as a deterrent ba...

But if after welding of the pipe to the header,is it still possible to take out silencer? and if u install alarm..let say someone project our pipe..can the alarm sensor it? cos i think removing a pipe dont cause much movement. any experience anyone?

 

Actually bro theres this once when I was gong to work, I forgot to disarmed my alarm and I managed to successfully remove my bike cover without trigerring the alarm! It was only after I start the ignition then my bike screamed out loud! So i guess the cost of the alarm really does make a huge difference. I think removing a pipe might not really trigger the alarm depends on how u set the sensitivity of the given alarm... I dunno what do u all think?

U guys ever notice that some LV pipes on scramblers and Gileras have this "backfiring" pop sounds that usually triggers off when they're about to pick up speed and slowing down?

 

I did encounter before around a year back when this Chinese DRZ guy on my right pointed at my pipe and gave me a thumbs up sign before he flew off. I wonder if our pipes are able to produce that kind of effect. Sounds kinda cool.

those bikes are single cylinder bro....different from our engines...

pipe need no tampering other than the usage of the mock silencer, so no worries for inspections use back original one can alr lorr...

the popping hasnt got anything to do with the silencer nor the pipe, its more of the settings of the bike.. its kinda hard to explain the process, esp if u dunt understand the mechanics of a s4, cos it concerns the cam return air bla bla bla...

nopez dats not it... taking out the silencer will only make it sound louder however there will be a significant drop in the pick up as the construction of the LV end can is straight hollow, w/o using any silencer, the airflow will be too much thus making ur bike err feels heavy?

Yes,inclusive of installation,very easy to install,just bring your bike to them,show your exhaust pipe and say u want to make fake silencers,then they do it for you. But they need to drill a slightly bigger hole for the new screw for the fake silencers and this will not affect the original screw size.

 

As for the pop2 sound,that is cause by burning off the unburned fuel in th exhaust system. On top of you cylinder head cover,there is this tube that leads to the exhaust valve. Its for air to move in and out. Dont want to explain more coz very chim,i understand how it works by dunno how to explain in words.
