the missing washers and small bracket, is it the same as our stock exhaust bracket?

washer is still ok..easy to get.. im just worried abt the brackets.. by right there should be 4 brakets.. but the picture only show 3 brackets.. nonetheless i check wif my mechanic.. he said easy to get the missing items... i also msg them on ebay.. they said the missing items can be get from local scorpion distributor like hkl, bikewerks and etc..

Ohlins, Scotts and a red one I saw at Motoworld which look like the Scotts, I've forgotten the name - I think it's Matris. I personally prefer the Scotts type cos can interchange between bikes in minutes. And no, I didn't buy them cos there's no need.

 

But personally, I think the SP1 is very stable and unlikely to tank-slap if the bike is in good condition. I've ever gone at 180kph in-between cars on the NSH when I needed to jerk the handlebar to avoid an outermost car's left-side mirror cos it wanted to filter back to the centre-lane.

 

The bike's stability and speed caused it to move to the inner-most left lane, which I cannot control. The handlebar tank-slapped twice and stabilised. I thought it was going to and was preparing to crash the armco by the side of the road. But thankfully, the tankslapping stabilised very quickly.

 

VTR1000SP also tank-slapped during a fast ride to Mersing with me. He was ok. Right, Andy?

I had a friend call you last time when you wanted to sell your bike. I hope everything's ok with you. Also, I've said I wanted to pass you an SP1 CD. I brought it a few times when there were meet-ups, but unfortunately we didn't happen to meet. Er... you can ask some of the others to get you a copy, cos I passed THAT CD to another SP1 owner. I think 6 of us have it.

 

lol..how much u bought it?? ya.. i agree the braking system of wave as compared to our sports bike.. totally different..lol.. riding wave very shiok ar.. relac.. but i cant wait to get my hands on my vtr.. lol.. anyone has any opinions on yoshi endcan(illegal) for our vtwins?? is it good?

Hi mitsui_kobe, when will you receive your bike? When you do, there is a CD going round which has lots of info on this bike, including workshop and parts manuals. Just contact any one of us.

I've always thought that sportsbikes have capabilities and power which most of us are unable/can't maximise. If we improve our skills, it will be faster. Rather than add-ons and modifying till it is beyond what our skills can cope.

 

Valentino Rossi on a small standard-trim 125cc sportsbike is probably faster at the track than us on our modified 1000cc SP1. Also, good riding skills and sense will probably save our lives rather than a heavily-modified bike which is too fast to handle.

:shades:yup..they need yr address to sent it over to yr home, i think my bike can hity 300km/h...i was suprised & happy the performance of the bike...jz nd a bit of touch up...next step will do the setting...bro brake line try to get fro ebay,..Hel brake line is not gd as Gdrich

 

I have tried 286km/h on NSH (on our speedo)....on stock pipes, with a few more on the throttle and a PCII... that was a year ago....

i really believe we can hit 300km/h...
