I seldom go touring lah.... Mostly I click high millage in S'pore. I tried Bt020 tyres, d this tyres cannot take cornering. Very hard.... Still prefer nt Bt039. Gd millage n can take coner,,, Gd!

I decided to try to one to one swap with my stock horn..So,i pulled out the two wires from my stock horn n tried.Cant work.Then i put back the wires back to my stock horn and to my horror..Horn not working,Signal lites,brake light,neutral lite n the both the oil lite(red) not working..

Only my headlite is working..Wat seems to be the problem..Need help urgently..thx

Yo guys.. I actually bought the Stebel Horn n fixed to my Bike..Replacing the Type R horn which i jus fixed on Sun.I find tat the Type R is not tat loud for me...I placed the horn jus on top of the cam cover using brackets.

 

I got the Stebel Horn From a car shop in gelang..after a tip off by a fren from Honda'S fORUM(CARS)

 

Stebel magnum 2

One pair horn

4 brackets

1 relay

all for $18.Cash n carry..

Shop loc>>>gelang going towards town,in between lor 35 n 37(right side of the main rd),directly opp ESSO STation.Car shop.

Use rotors and brake caliper made for other bike, mod and fit to your bike lor.

Typical DR-clutch-problem: The bike creeps forward with 1st gear engaged. It's difficult to shift gears or get into neutral at the traffic-light:

 

* 1st make shure your clutch cable is adjusted correctly (2-3mm play)

* the thrust-washers (Pos 2) tend to wear out at the sleeve which holds the basket on the gear-shaft. If this happens, the basket and hub can get into contact.

* replace the thrust washers or turn them to the other side and put an additional thin washer 0.2-0.5mm in to clear the two baskets. (I got some of the thin washers in my cellar).

* Beware: The washers are hardened to 480HV.

* My bike had this disease right out of the factory. The dealer (Motothek) was not able to find the Problem within the warranty of 12 month :-((

* check clutch-basket for grooves which can hold the plates in axial position and file away the grooves until you get a plain surface.
