Sure just sms me when you wan to come and collect, preferably you bring your own bottle.

Btw if 3 person DIY together is cheaper because ntuc selling 1.5L of distilled water for 85cts. 3 person just need to buy 4 bots to share since bandit coolant capacity is only 1900ml.

To bypass the cooling fan switch, to control the fan manually, connect a switch parallel to it. When your manual switch flip to on, the fan will turn on, when flip to off back to normal, fan will turn on depends on coolant temp. Refer to the schematic for more info.

See attached for how the cooling fan switch look like.

Best to get a few spare fuse and make the wiring reversible easily just in case anything bad happens.

Hey bros..Kata did mentioned of installing an additional cooling fan for the radiator during our recent D.I.Y session....

Well did came across an suitable fan tat can easily installed next to the original fan..the fans i saw is square shaped andcame in 4 sizes..but it's not cheap thou but it "bloes well"...the biggest one cost $30,measuring 15cm x 15cm(estimation).

We can actually leave the stock fan to be acitvated automatically n hav the additonal fan to be activated manually. This is jus an idea thou...wat do u guys tink??

Why spend additional $$ buying the fan, add extra weight to the bike and hassle to fix the additional fan, when you can cut a few wires and connect up a switch to operate the original fan. Somemore with the limit space I bet can only install a vey small fan which is not so efficient.

Anyway its up to individual lah, probablly I start to be the guinea pig first and experiment the fan switch and post a review on it.

I stuck the switch firmly between the right upper fork and combination display, dun even have to glue or cable tie.
