Anyone interested to get a belly pan, there is a thread in Super4 forum for that. Maybe we can gather all our orders and ask for lower price with Regina. Original is $30 with installation.

Whaaa...you dare to send your bike to Lim Ah Boy's mech?? They are very rough handling bike, last time ask them to change batt for my TZR125, they never check if all the screws are out then pull the fairing and break the tab, then they act blur say its already broken intially and use cable tie to secure back the fairing. From then onwards I never let Ah Boy's mech touch my bike again.

Fan not working got nothing to do with radiator leaks. Strat your bike and let it idle for 10-20mins, the fan should come on. If really want to confirm fan is working or not connect a switch to bypass the fan thermo switch and the fan should turn on.

Abt their handling i know wat u mean la, my rxz i change tyre b4 n ya i know wat u mean..but my mech in JB ask me to contact this particular mech he knows personally so...based on tht trust ...i went there. Anyway they got no recon radiator...so they said the iron dunno wat part inside rust to they going to replace tht with a copper one or something like tht la. i got no idea wats happening n now my uncle is the one who is tokking to them so i guess i m taken care of la.

 notting more happens aft this is done man.

Thanks on yar advise n stuff.

Going to try changing one more transistor on the spare CDI board, if still fail then have to junk the board.

Sure I can show you how to change the jet needles,in fact no need to take out the carb also can change the jet needles. The difficulties is your carb screw, phillip head, maybe diff to remove. Mine is easy because I change all the screws to allen cap screws.

I did not do any tuning, mine is stock because the factory seal is still intact beside you need to have a lamda sensor for tuning the air/fuel mixture screws. I only balance my carb with a morgan carbtune 2 borrowed from a fren.

The CDI is only for the control of your ignition, firing of your spark plugs, its the brain of the bike. There should be no changes unless you are using a race CDI.

S750WP: Those needles i need to buy is called jet needles ?

How abt the cornering, stable or not?? The belly pan can get from auntie shop 2 shops beside lab, thinking of getting there because color ones are available. Maybe can pay abit more and ask her mecahnic to install on our bandit.

You can get the chain guard from LAB, Cheeteck got his done at LAB work shop, but I see the workmanship not so nice. :cheeky:

How come you dun want to get the oil filter from KS?? If get from LAB, maybe he will send his man across the road to get from KS and jack up the price alittle.

For the grease try to get the high temp want because your shock is constantly under load. Should be available in most hardware shop. I got mine opp the shop houses along Alexandra village bike shops.

Have you fixed your fork oil seal, steering cone and wheel bearings at Datsun father's workshop??
