What happened to your first bandit?? How come never brought over the spares to your current bandit?

trade in for X-11. regret it. should have kept the bandit as it was problem-free.

Bros..my bike is getting hot again.mayb its because of the engine oil tat i'm using..(ESSO POWER 20W40).I tink i'll hav to stick to Royal purple oil.

Btw guys,is it advisible to move off in 2nd gear?coz i do tat often...thx for the replies..

I find Repsol fully syn very smooth for suzuki bikes, tried on my gsxr and bandit. I'm going to switch back to Repsol for my next oil change. Price wise same as royal purple $18 per litre. :giddy:

Tried to use 1st gear to move off brudder, I'm not sure if you heard of the second gear problem whereby the transmission for second gear slip due to wear and tear. I'm not sure if its corelated but why take the risk to let your transmission gear to fail prematurely. :sian:

I just did the hazard light switch for my bandit, it worked as per expectation.

Things needed

************

1x Signal Relay to replace the OEM relay (Brand is Nile from LAB, can light up to 6 lamps 23w max) $4

Spade connectors from SLT $2

1x DPDT on-on switch from SLT $3.50

2m of wires $1

I'm unable to load the schematic as my old scanner is not compatible with WinXP.

I did not switch back to OEM signal lights, because the new signal relay from LAB solve the problem of slow response of signal light (signal light bulbs take 3 sec to ligt up after turn signal switch is activated) The faulty signal relay, taiwan made, was bought from MAh opp SLT which cause the slow response.

Now I have 8 oems signal lights, thanks to Dream_MAchine and LCbear. Anyone wants it??

Any bike also can, just need to trace from your turn signal swtich to find the signal light wiring and make the connections there.

The connections I made consist of 2 circuit , completely isolated from each other, the oem circuit for left/right indication and the hazard light circuit by using DPDT on-on switch.

It will be very clear when you see my schematic drawing.

If you wan to turn the signal light permanetly on also can but you need to get the Super 4 signal light to install on your bike which have 3 wires compare to the normal one which have only 2 wires.

For the hazard light all 4 signal lights will blink together.
