And normally bike shop charge $80 for carb wash and syn, it will break even for 2 service by shop somemore the tool can be used for your future bike too.

Guan Hoe charge $35 for wash & tune if i remember correctly.

I got my carbtune II, reach sg approx. 1wk. anyway the website say can use for efi bike too so quite gd investment.

Ah chong tell me to use 0.08 (my min. is 0.1 & 0.18 for intake & exhaust) then no sound liao. I worry overheat on long period high speed. See when i go crazy again i go adjust the valve readings to your suggestion :cheeky: my friend who use to tune car say use fingernail gauge can liao

Exhaust side use the max value and intake side use min value.

I can't believe Ah Chong actually suggested that?? I think you are safer to follow the manufacturer spec. I have not follow my fren suggestion yet, mine is in the mid range.

There wont be damage done, the exhausted air will flow out easier without restriction but there is a limit for the size over doing it will cause the bike to loose power.

Yeap, my bandit is FL 3 digit.

GSXR600 shock maybe able to fit your bike because your reserve coolant reservoir is not behind the battery cradle.

I believe can use 04 gsxr600/750 rear shock because someone in US did install a 04' gsxr600 on a bandit400 but need to shift back the battery cradle and relocate the reserve coolant tank, but since your reserve tank is at the side you just need to shift back your battery cradle will do. I believe the shop LC bear intro in JB can help you fixed it up cheaply if you pass them the shock.

Did you go to the correct shop, amaha?? Or maybe LcBear is his regular customer so more discount for him.

Bruddder you cant just anyhow drain out the oil and pour in, you need remove the fork leg and pump the oil out with the damping rod, then pour in 495ml of oil per fork leg.

For the front wheel bearing, you may need to remove the brake disc to knock out the bearings, which I;m not too sure.

Did you bought the steering cone bearing?? and how much is it??

I'm planning to change a number of parts one shot, wheel bearings, steering cone bearing, and clutch sleeve hub in JB.

DIY the switches this sat, are you guys free??
