Ive heard n seen the Zard duals slip ons in real life , taking off from a traffic light on the pie n on normal roads , it sounds nice n bassy but i just cant take the looks from the front 3/4 view.. its too flat n plain but from the rear it looks awesome thou i admit

the arrows form what i hear on youtube sound better its bassy but retains a very nice throaty sound like a mini V12

heres a gd clip i like to listen to ->

sad thing is the arrows arent legal here in sg which makes no sense , there decently quiet with the baffles in . if i do get them i'll switch the can ard so that the arrow logo is facing in n only the triumph logo ontop can be seen ^_^

n yeah ive heard of the SC exhausts, quite a variety they have for the street the full carbon duals looks nice n sound gd too

but im not sure if we can bring them in n get them legalised or not ..

I dun really care actually...

As long as it nice sounding thats most impt

I ride HULK to work this week. Can jio you ride to work hahaha! Just kidding. We can meet up and I can show you the Arrows.

Yah man I've seen one 2 weeks ago at the RATS ride to Msia. They belong to a caucasian rider on the Street Triple R. They have baffles inside so they don't sound so loud.

I agree on your views on Zard. They look too flat and too black for my liking. But for something so flat, they do sound very bassy.

We can get the Arrows legalised. Just need to send it to LTA and pay $$$$. The slip-ons are Euro compliant. I dont see any reason why it can't be legalised here.

I read that the DB killers can be removed. Was just wondering can you reinsert the baffles once you removed it?

I think the Zard can be remove easily, not sure about the Arrows.

I like those exhaust sound that doesnt have DB Killers... hahaha

The Zard is just one small screw on the end cone like most cans.

Thats easy... :p

But i like the SC project in terms of side view.. The cost is abt the same as Zard since they are doing some promo as well...

haiz... more decisions...

I didn't know the SC projects had approval, who's bringing them in? A friend sent me a pic of a black 1050 Tiger at Dempsey fitted with low SC twin cans, looked pretty good :thumb: though I suspect it will be loud.

Vara is gone but back strain lingers on o_O

Unfortunately, i dun think anyone here brings them in as dealers. Cos SC project sells direct to consumers only. (according to their website)

However, they will provide the euro emission certs. Not sure if we can just ride into LTA and get it approved or not?

It doesnt sound too loud with the DB killers.. but sure is one of the better looking exhaust...

Saw a black triple riding along Bedok Reservoir rd...

eh ? what time? if its ard 11pm then tat shud be Me

but mines matt graphite though, i was dragging gear 3 a lil to over take a bus before braking late n diving left into a minor road:cheeky:

about the arrows, yeah there is an allen bolt on each can to hold the baffles in

if its euro approved i too see no reason why lta wudnt approve them here, but this IS SILLYpore so u can never be totally sure . besides i have no idea how much it costs or the procedure for getting them to approve exhausts .

to be honest i like the leo vince gp evoII the most for the street triple. it has a somewat classic yet modern shape to it which really works well with the matt graphite street r ...but sadly i dont like the sound tat much and its steel  i already have the tors so i dont feel like payin so much just for steel , n without heat shields!! wat were they thinking?

i agree on the Zards for the tiger , it looks like the tiger 1050 n the zard single exhaust were designed together it just fits so well , the arrow not so much.

I have a friend going through the process now getting his 'type approval' done for a can that no dealers are bringing in yet. I'll ask him how it went.

Horses for courses with cans I guess, depends what you want out of it.

I saw another Ang Moh that bought the ex-demo orange Tiger do the same a few weeks ago, Zard high can and got the standard Evo rack right side modded to bring it into the same distance as the right side.

Then there was the black one with the twin low Campbells, looked very racey.

Same bike, different looks and puposes, both looked great.

I agree, for appearance alone a stainless or titanium can would look better against the graphite finish. I'm intersted to hear how the graphite is lasting, I liked it but was worried how it would look after a year or so.
