Someone accidently reversed onto my parked bike and damaged the left sides when it fell. After about a month of battle, the bike has been declared total loss today. Hope to ride again soon. I'm preparing for the 2nd round battle now.

If I were to get the white, it must have the white face, like the JDM color, but when I saw the red, I'm sold!

 

Unfortunately the Blade in these pix is the last of the red from BS, it was just unboxed on Fri. Someone did a bad job of wiping the wax off and I see some scratches already. If it were boxed up, this would be mine.

 

You all know my standard la, I must be there to take the unboxing pix, make sure no one sits on it until I check for the staples on the underside of the seat is not scratching the paint work, must ensure the bike is not started so i can do a proper run in myself, make sure a new cloth is used to wipe off the wax from the new bike, not some rags ... the list goes on.

This bike heat up as fast as a 04, but it does not definitely as fast as a Yamaha R1. the heat disperse off by the fairing u will find it amazingly its the "COOLEST" Bike. normally bike give off heat in the main body n fairing. so in a jam u r super hot, this fairing new cutting ensure the air is vented out thru main rider foot rest. so slipper on this bike is a NO NO unless u r confident that u can a 130km/hr thru out ur journy. even when i wear shoes i also feel hot!

I asked Mr Lee yesterday & he quoted 23K OTR with insurance for 31yr & above. So 23.5 is definitely good. But a friend managed to secure a good deal with one of the shop's bosses for about the same price, but tthe shop threw him a freebie Arrow exhaust, sliders & bubble.

But the problem is my source have not confirmed yet when the shipping will arrive once I've paid up. Comp-lete set with tank cover & fender for like SGD$800.
