The RR8 heats up easily, normal riding, the temp is already 87 to 93 dc.

 

it has to be... considering it is a powederful animall... but sources still say its not as bad as the yammy or ducs... :cheeky:

 

it looks sweet in red tash... like all your previous rr's :)

i have a question for RR8 riders. Anyone already installed frame sliders?

 

i have brought this set... not cheap thought. the 2 piece cost me $550... :giddy: imported myself... by Rizoma, heard motoworld bringing in OCT

 

here is the pic, i have yet to install on my bike cause i waiting for my replacement parts. 1 time change everything :angel:

Today while riding on the expressway, temp is around 85 to 93dc, coming in roads, sure go over 100dc, but not over 109dc. After starting the bike in the morning, the temperature climbs really fast, almost 1dc per second.

 

1 thing I realize about the RR8 is that the fuel economy is fantastic.

Good thing I have the Raceshield on, the staples on the underside of the pillion seat at the rear-most end will actually scratch the paintjob underneath it when taking the seat off and putting it back in place. 4 Blades later, I know the small details and what to look out for.

 

There is no way I will buy an unboxed bike.

maintain on expressway is 83dc... but sometimes can shoot up to 93dc..

i ever stuck in a jam.. so far laa.. highest is 108dc... like sauna or maybe bbq:sweat:

guys, i ever saw cbr1k 08 model (for track use only) i forget which shop.. @ bkt merah area..

the bike had an extreme makeover.. longer radiator, longer fantastic exhaust, race fairings, carbon fibre engine protection, white in colour..

Thats at team HKL dynojet workshop, rider is kurawara-san japanese... quite fast on sepang... its HRC Setup from head to toe, if u happen to pop by and see again, check out its meter, its rev is white line til 16,000 RPM :thumb:

not 'quite fast on sepang' but super fast on sepang... i was telling Tashi the other day his bike keeps back-firing at every throttle closure.. indeed, he was fast, i couldn't count how many times he lapped me...

tats a bit hotter than my 05...but still its still cooler than R1...
