super 4 - vtec 1 or 3

hi everyone, currently i'm riding a KRR 150 for 3 years. i'm planning on upgrading to super 4 vtec 1 or 3, but i got no idea which would be a better choice for me.

can anyone advise me on a few things:

 

1)Price for 2nd hand vtec 1 and 3? ( rough gauge)

2)how many years old for both?

3)fuel consumption for normal riding and whack. Full tank how many km.

4)if pay by installment monthly roughly how much.

5)insurance 3rd party w/o fire and theft. which insur. company better. (3 years riding experience on the road)

6)maintenance how long once for normal use?

7)KRR 150 just overhual engine and change piston last year sept. FT plate 3 years left. able to sell at what price?

newer = lesser spent on maintenance usually.

longer COE. lesser mileage.

 

last gear, vtec opens 2 times.

 

nicer, shaper more sporty looking tail and tail-light.

i like the clear signal lights too.
