There are a few ways on doing this.

Do describe how you will be using your CD-RW when this is finished? Is it for you to insert/play it in your computer? CD/DVD hi-fi system?

Or just to copy it for keep-sake?

oic...

Anyways, the easiest way into going about doing this is a one-to-one copy.

Buy a CD-R, then use Nero (or any other CD "burning" software) to do so. These software have what they call "CD copy" functions; they can guide you on how to proceed to duplicate everything on that VCD right onto your CD-R.

If you use a CD-RW, you cannot play that disc on some of the Karaoke/Hi-fi disc systems (with the exception of those that are CD-RW certified).

**Note: Do be advised that some VCD's are "special", in that they're created to hold much more content than an ordinary 700MB disc...so please check the VCD's size first when you pop it into your computer in that it is lesser than 700MB.
