some scooters dun come with kick start.

 

how old is ur friend bike's battery?

it is best to replace battery every 2~3 yrs.

if it is new, bike shop can recharge it.

 

flat battery normally due to bike stator coil not able to charge the battery.

u can ask the bike shop mech to check voltages across the battery.

it should be 12~13 volts at 5,000 rpm.

if less than 12 volts, tat mean coil is not producing enough electric voltages to charge-up the battery.

stator coil needs to replace otherwise u will always have a flat battery (new or old).

fino comes with E-start & kick-start.

i know cos i got a fino too.

otherwise, do a search on the net for fino pics & u'll see the kick-start lever!

No sound = Battery gone case already.... or connection loose (which shouldn't be the case). Kick or push start the thing to bike shop and check.

Hi all, just got my fino today.. its 2nd hand beige n white.

 

Just wanna ask where is a good place to service fino (and of cos kind to the wallet too)?

EO how much (10bucks?) and spark plug

 

And my fino batt is dead. Lucky still can kick start. Wanna ask what brand of battery is the good one and where to get? Anyone has changed to a new and better battery?

been reading thru the thread & realized some prefer to change to 12".

 

what's the reason?

my only understanding is smaller wheels means faster pick up, lesser top speed.

i've seen a number of finos with this matching color series of rear top box.

i believe most of u guys got it from Wing Yap right?

 

i've just got one but it came only with one key.

 

i wanted to duplicate a spare and I've asked around a few key shops, but unfortunately, they do not have this type of "flat" key template.

 

anyone managed to duplicate it?

can recommend the place to me?

Mileage-coming 18k ( I think quite reasonable mileage for 3 years)

Bought on Oct 2007.

Just completed 3 yr inspection.

Serviced regularly.

 

Everything stock except:

1)YSS rear Suspension.

2) 14 inch Sport Rim with tyres. Just change recently.

Accident Free

Looking at 2.5k.
