Alhamdulillah dapat jugak ada decision...

 

So...bulan July kiter akan adakan S4M's first major anniversary which is our 5th Anniversary...

Tak disangka2 dalam sekelip mata sehembus kentut...kiter dah kenal S4M selama 5 tahun..

 

Oooppss sepatah dua dah terovershot...

 

Kasi aku a day or 2 to lakarkan the plan for the PLAN...

No problemss... anyway usually its max of 3 mths before date then we can book..

....sebenarnya syabas kerana akhirnya dapat membuat keputusan bulan mana yang dipilih utk mengadakan aniversari s4m yg ke-5 :p

yeah july menang !! tango, come up with a plan on wat is needed and when to do it.. senang kater, gantt chart sudah mencukupi and list of planners/komiti members required.. yeah tango, aper aper picit... jika july voters cant help on a certain thingy, baru lah kite minta bantuan dari pihak s4m yang lain... kiter try to keep it to july voters so it will be fair for all... harap this anniversary chalet will be a success, insya'llah !

 

aswat da bis test lom ?? "de projek" da boley dilaksanakan... hopefully boley complete by then.. 1,2,3,4, hi-5 !!!

Lamanya nak curi computer... ni mesti mengurat dgn jiran dulu ...

wahaha

 

It will only be a blast dgn sokongan semua...

 

Dalam voting list ada ttl at least 40 names... dgn 'exponential' of the partners and little soldiers and the 'unexplained' unlisted names... most likely ada about 80 ppl...

perlukan expertise aswat and rykros to agak2 the cost per pax... aku akan contact korang to meet up and discuss....

What i suggest is lepas kita dah book chalet.

baru mass meet up at yishun dam..from there baru boleh break down cost duit chalet and makan.

makanan beside order..kira masing masing boleh potluck.

 

what say u.. this time gathering yishun dam laut punya side.

 

aku boleh bawak tikar picnic besar punya.

dari situ , baru bole ada komittmen ... dan dari situ baru bole budget the BBQ , catering kek ,goodie bag , lucky draw etc ...

(kalau ada yg nak Sponsor anything pon OK)

 

* harap lelain bole kasi inputs agar pihak Orgyniser , Tango & Cos bole

consolidate & finalise ...

better be Open & Transparent kat ni thread agar tiada pihak2x yg rasa tidak puas hati atau tersisir ..

Great minds think alike... gila mind think same2... u think and i think same2.. haha..

pricing perfect..tho initially aku thinking of $30-$60...tapi dgn response voting sangat baik... think $25/pax.. $40/couple and $50/family.

 

To be fair...aku harap these people will be in the committee representing their group(jul n nov), which actually the voting aku suggested initially for 2 main reasons, 1st nak tengok response and 2nd to divide into 2 groups as part of the itinery yg aku dah ada planned in mind:

 

Jul:

Aswat, Rykros and Biomodified.

 

Nov:

Sino, mamat07 and kitkat(if didi setuju cos dier expecting no 2...takot bz dan pas tu kena puasa takot tak leh concentrate) :cool:

 

date chalet sino suggested sangatlah cantik...tho actually aku planning only 1 nite kat chalet...for 2 main reasons, cut cost and prevent unnecessary time wastage or dispute abt siapa staying or paying for the 2nd nite. So if its just 1 nite ( Una noche), any weekend will do tul tak?..

 

Bagi geng2 yg tak trmasok dalam committee... kami semua memerlukan anda utk menjayakan majlis ini... NO ONE IS UNIMPORTANT. Harapan aku majlis ni akan lancar dan berjaya with 1 main aim, Utk meraihkan persahabatan kami selama ini sambil membuat satu kenangan manis dlm minda kami untuk disimpan selama2nya.

 

As for the food... aku pon memang dah target bbqwholesale...dah brpa kali guna khidmat dorang and memuaskan... but aku nak twist sikit...

We set aside 1 budget for purely the BBQ and on the day, setiap org dtg bawak sepaket apa2 makanan (nasi or mee goreng eg) as potluck whcih i believe will be more than enuf.

 

Most likely the committee will meet this weekend and appoint a finance officer or 2 and next week onwards kiter dah bleh start collect sikit$.. setiap bulan byr $10 aku rasa takde org akan rasa tul tak?...
