Bagi geng2 yg tak trmasok dalam committee... kami semua memerlukan anda utk menjayakan majlis ini... NO ONE IS UNIMPORTANT. Harapan aku majlis ni akan lancar dan berjaya with 1 main aim, Utk meraihkan persahabatan kami selama ini sambil membuat satu kenangan manis dlm minda kami untuk disimpan selama2nya.

As for the food... aku pon memang dah target bbqwholesale...dah brpa kali guna khidmat dorang and memuaskan... but aku nak twist sikit...

We set aside 1 budget for purely the BBQ and on the day, setiap org dtg bawak sepaket apa2 makanan (nasi or mee goreng eg) as potluck whcih i believe will be more than enuf.

 

bbqwholesale? memang bagus dorang nya servis dan makanan memang sedap2 belaka. cuma downside abit mahal aje. tapi walau bagaimanpun, memang aku rekomen khdimat dorang jugak):thumb:

 

......cuma pat potluck tu mungkin nak kena tanya ramai ~ pasal kena pikir mereka2 yang ride hari tu o_O

 

Most likely the committee will meet this weekend and appoint a finance officer or 2 and next week onwards kiter dah bleh start collect sikit$.. setiap bulan byr $10 aku rasa takde org akan rasa tul tak?...

Great minds think alike... gila mind think same2... u think and i think same2.. haha..

pricing perfect..tho initially aku thinking of $30-$60...tapi dgn response voting sangat baik... think $25/pax.. $40/couple and $50/family.

Tango, kesian org2 yang bawak motor nak bawak makanan.. Cadangan aku kan, Goreng mee dua macam.. Mee hoon & Mee goreng... sebab the cost & bahan2 nya murah... then makanan such as hot dog, drinks etc boleh beli kat Sheng Shiong berdekatan...Then folks,spoon,etc boleh beli kat SKP daerah rumah kita.. & then some boleh beli kat bbq wholesale such as satay, ayam etc... ni my cadangan je bro... coz dulu masa ite aku buat mcm gini utk 30 orang je.. hehehe... :cheeky:

S4M's 5th Anniversary Planning Schedule

1st Mar 2010: Voting finalised

 

7th Mar 2010: Committee members finalised

 

10th Mar 2010: S4M's 5th Anniversary Fund Acct to be launched

 

15th Mar 2010: Drafts of Entertainment, FnB, Itinary, selection of chalet and budget to be done.

 

1st Apr 2010: Chalet to be booked or confirmed to book if 3mths rule applies.

 

End of april 2010: Programmes, FnB, Entertainment, Costing etc to be 60% confirmed and budget reviewed.

 

Early May 2010: Enquiries to suppliers to be made or to be confirmed.

 

Early June 2010: All detailes to be 90% confirmed.

 

Mid June 2010: attendance to be confirmed. PLAN B to be brainstormed (if required)

 

1st Jul 2010: Standby for launch... All leaves and offs to be confirmed.
