Aku tengah pertimbangkan feedback Aswat... but keeping in mind decision yang kiter dah buat in the first meeting...
Maaf, last 2 days aku really bz sampai ke malam... aku akan hubungi izad to discuss first and i'll get bk to the other komiti. Meeting this coming saturday tentatively still on. any changes aku akan update semua.

Terms & Condition

- Payment starts Monday 15th March 2010

- Once payment is done, please sms Rykros (98477075) so that it can be verified. If iBanking, please use your nick name in SBF so that it will be easier to be identified. For ATM transfer, please keep the receipt as proof.

- Payment can be done in installment of 3 months; meaning pay $10/mth if you are single or $20/mth if you are coming in a couple. (Tentative date for payments are 31st March, 30th April and 31st May)

- Difficulty in payment for the dates, please let Rykros know as soon as possible so that special arrangements can be made

- Payment in full is also acceptable

- A small door gift will be given on the event upon arrival.

- Last minute turn-up when their names are not in the list of paid, will do payment upon arrival. Will still receive door gift while stocks last.

- Any balance of funds will go to the S4M Anniversary gift to be ready by November '10

Notes:

Chalet location is yet to be confirmed until a later date. Once chalet is confirmed depending on how many nights are we able to apply for, the following rules apply.

- As long paid, you may stay over but we will try not to use the rooms as it is reserved for infants and items storage.

- Food provided only on the actual day itself (10th July '10)

- Please confirm attendant as soon as possible as it will smoother the planning.
