NEED ADVISE!!

 

What happened?

went down to VICOM, the one at Bukit Batok

for my bike 3 year old first inspection.

 

during the inspection process

clamping of front wheels,

the machine broke my belly pan into 2...

 

The best part

that low life worker there did saw the damage and did not inform

me but quickly printed out the cert and said my inspection was done.

 

WHOLE INSPECTION LESS THAN 2 mins!!

 

anyway since i did not know about the damage,

not until when i wanted to make a turn out of the place

i head some weird noise and to my suprise i was shocked.

went back and complain...

 

photos were taken,

police report were made,

a un-offiicial black & white letter with NRIC & signature

from the low life inspecter was given by my demand,

 

 

sometimes it's not about the money.

it's about the damn service!!!

 

now i want to do a claim from them,

is that possible?

Sigh.....few questions:

 

1) Was the bellypan orginal and stock from the bike. Can you get the bikeshop to vertify that with a letter at least?

 

2) Who moved the bike onto the machine to do the clamping. Were you sitting on your bike and only stepped away after it clamped, or did the inspector push or rode the bike onto the clamping machine while it was clamped?

 

3) Why is the police involved and what did you think was their necessary action about this? Summon the inspector for colliding/vandalising your bike?

Went to look for her today at her workplace. Bought a bouquet of pink roses. 11 stalks together, 1 stalk by itself. Had a card in it. Stating that if she wants the relationship, she could come out to collect the 12th stalk i had wif me. If not, she could return me the whole bouquet as a sign not to carry on anymore.

 

Passed the bouquet to the receptionist, left the place, waited outside. There she came, i passed the last stalk and she took it. Her 1st sentence was... "what u doing here?" "anyway, i haven finish reading ur card."

 

So i asked, "y did u come out den?" and the reply was, "the recept told me u r still outside waiting."

 

Dang!!! Stupid recept, mind ur own business lah!!! Spoiler of the day. End up, now she says she wanna think it over 1st. We had a little chat. Felt there was a distance between us. N i hate that!

 

Damn, i so much wanted to bear hug her when i saw her. I think i'm so wrecked up inside now.

well lets see...

 

1) it's not stock

and i told em i had no idea and since it was not stock,

you guys should have informed me about it or just fail me on the spot and none of this would have happen. ( the Vicom Operations manager agreed with me )

 

 

2) was instructed to:

sit on bike

remain on bike at all times

ride it onto that platform for testing

 

3) police was called in as i thought some official black & white

report of what happend could be given to me. cos usually

after things happen, esp without any form of proof, it'll be hard

to pursue the case as i won't have anything to prove my claims.

so i thought why not call in the cops.

As much as i wish to go for a holiday, i can't.

 

Coz i'm just a normal bloke, workin my axx off to make ends meet n for 3 meals a day. How can i even afford a holiday at the moment? The best holiday to me is here at west coast park. Just a little update...

 

I found her. But there's bad news. There is a 3rd party involved. I'm so shattered, lost and shocked. I cannot describe my feelings now. But still, i'm a little relieved by the fact that the 3rd party is actually a gal. Oh yah, not to 4get, i feel insulted & humilated as well.

 

3rd party initiate a fair challenge to me to win my gf's heart. I feel as though i'm at a losing end now. Coz they work together, spend more time together.

 

But no, i wun gif up. She's the world to me. I nid to fight for my own happiness.

 

3rd party approached me, clarify things and told the truth to me. She could even say things all to her advantage obviously. Puttin me down, there and den. Even taunted me to beat her if i want to. She said "if beating me up, my gf would b wif her, by all means, she willin to take the beatings."

N she can provide my gf with the happiness my gf wants and needs. 3rd party would be settin up business soon. Mite b movin to the USA in a few yrs time and would b willin to take my gf with her if my gf wants it. Willin to buy a condo and car in the USA and go travellin 20times a yr even if it takes 3rd party to finish spendin all her money. That's how far 3rd party would go for someone she loves.

Even if it takes to go look for my gf everyday after work (my gf is quittin her current job). 3rd party says, my gf likes Ben & Jerries battered cake. Which is not available in Singapore and USA and 3rd party says she would be willin to search the cake for my gf no matter what it takes by end of this month to prove 3rd party's love for my gf. I was like WTF again.
