I too feel like i wrong him somehow but again he juz smile, joke about it. Nvr did he raise his voice to me.

I visually traced the leaks to be from the glass panels.

 

The only portion I cannot trace is the water leaks onto the floors of the VIP seatings that leaks onto my electrical & music equipment room.

 

And all you farking contractors that insist they can only quote with a building drawings can go fly kite.

 

When there are contractors that borthers to come down, measure the space that needed waterproofing done on, as well as count and measure the number of glass panels that needs silicon replacements at my rooftop. Why the **** we have to consider you, who only knows how to quote when you see a surface drawing?

 

I am up to my eyeballs in lots of work that needs to get moving. I cannot enteratin you guys wasting my time to look at my place and I do a free tour everyday.

 

I further more has a not so helpful technician, who is about as clueless as I am. its bad enough that I dont know 1/4 of what I should know about buildings electricity and valves and pipes.....

 

But its ridiculous that he could mistake a small DB trip, to insist that its a Transformer Room trip that requires a PE to come reset! On my off day! And he didnt want to stay later to wait for the PE, because he has 'something urgent to attend to'.

 

Its bad enough, that from 12-2pm, he goes for lunch and does not pick up phone calls. And after 5pm, he refused to be sms-sed or called on his mobile phone. Same when its his off day.

 

Even when its my sms to him to keep him in the loop of things!

 

And I am extremely cheesed off with him making decisions w/o consulting someone else, especially when instructing contractors to do work. You moved a switch w/o consulting a boss. Now the boss wants that switch back to its original place and we have to pay extra!

And he has the cheeks to tell off contractors, to only come to our premises to do work, only when he is on duty. They are not to come when he is on off day.

 

So far, after a few incidents, he didnt dare to instruct my contractors. I somehow has higher authority on him and move things faster then him and several times, when he supervised my contractors, he disappeared halfway and I basically was watching my contractors from then onwards.

 

He lied about his being called away by our bozz to do smething and he rejected my bozz saying its not his job. But I met with the bozz and know he was not there totally.

 

Its tiring. Because I really dont know anything about electricity, and I was counting on him knowing. But even then, he dont even have to deal with difficult stuff, except to change a blown lightbulb once in a while. The rest I can get contractors to do.

And oh, he went to act hero, by putting a pipe on a overflow pipe.

 

Me and contractors was looking at the pipe and wondering who put in it. I even posted questions to my bozzes and suggest that we have santa elves working at our location. Nobody knows who did it. And my contactor and I was scratching oujr heads as to who so 'good hearted' to do a job.

 

Anyway, much later, he proudly sneered that he did the job on Sunday and I only discovered the job on Tuesday. And he tried to insist that the job was ordered by a Volunteer committe. Which I doubled checked and found that one, that guy has no authority to order that job. And two. he never ordered for it to be done. he tot that my technician will tell me the concerns and I will respond with email confirmation and deal with it and keep him in the loop. He didnt know that my technician went and act hero and did a stupid job.

 

Wooooofffff.....now that I more or less let it out......

 

The pipe was subsequently removed by the Technician and my contractors finally got to work on it today.

 

I definitely need another building maintenance technician. Someone I can trust to shoulder part of the workload I have. Make sure the service reports are signed and the work done will correspond with the service reports and subsequently the invoices.e. Preferably someone not of the Christian faith and does not require the Christian holidays to be free. and not scare of holy water and columbarium fellas that are translucent.
