I have that thought before too. But instead of 5-tonner, it's a freaking Leopard 2 tank. Crush 'em, Push 'em, Shoot 'em in the butt!

Am seriously considering getting a GoPro3 now despite the costs.

I'm doing despatch rider for part time and wear a FF/gloves..

all the other riders see me will ask me not hot ah? wah you really safety rider..

On a hot afternoon i still wear my gloves, because i can't imagine what will happen if my palms were to rub against the roads

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

Just tell them... Yeah it's hot like hell... But what to do? So many crazy drivers out there nowadays... Better be safe than to be sorry... Hehe... ;)

I wear full armored gloves and full face helmet too. Hot is easy to overcome, just keep moving. If perspire, got balaclava to absorb, at most just wash when get home. But safety is more impt than discomfort.

Your safety is your responsibility, your head or their head? You fall who get hurt? The other riders or you? The only people who will laugh cuz you wear glove n FF you are immature people.

I actually love it when i stop beside those big bikes rider wearing T shirt with slippers.

They look at me as if i was a clown just because i ride a old uncle honda wave, and i wear FF/Gloves.

I just look back at them and laughed inside my heart thinking that they got $ to afford 20k+ bike, but don't even wanna spend $200 for protection on themself.

I'm not refering to protection like racing jacket or boots.

just a simple gloves, how long do you take to wear them? less than 10sec

When you say protection, I thought you meant what matters.

*I even ask the mech, after cleaning bike, will there be "real" HP increase? hahaha! He say got! You clean off that few grams of dirt thus your bike is running faster.. :)

wahahahaha! i like this thinking! But ok lah... usually when the rain stop, i will go down and wipe the bike dry so no water marks or stain marks from dirty water etc. Then wipe liao, can still see the shine there. :cheeky:

But sometimes, wipe dry liao, go up to my house and grab a can of ice cold beer to reward myself, the rain start again...

If really jialat, like one period everyday rain, then i wash once a week.

RIDE.
