No lah, never chased. Promised myself i won't go faster than 110 unless i'm on the track or out of Singapore. Besides, they 30+ riders, i chase and say that, i don't believe they will listen and in fact, i might just get into trouble if they feel that i am 'challenging' them.

If you know them, then i hope you'll talk to them lah. It's ridiculous lor. Short of giving other riders a bad name, it's downright stupid and dangerous.

Don't care about their safety nvm. Think about family at least. Nowadays when someone make me hot on the road, first thing i imagine is my dining table with my family around it waiting for me to come home to eat dinner.

the best method for me is change to a uncle bike.

riding honda wave, want to go 90km-100km/h also got problem :D

i normally just ride on the left lane slowly riding and enjoy. no rush anyway

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

To each his own bah. For me, i really like the look of sports bike, so even though inconvenient, uncomfortable, etc etc, i will still sacrifice and ride a sports bike. The power can be handy sometimes, especially when changing lanes, as half the drivers will speed up to close the gap when they see people signal to change lane.

I agree that seldom uncle bike will get into trouble. But i think best way to keep safe is still rider's own judgement calls, alertness, awareness of situation around him, and when push comes to shove, the rider's defensive riding skills.

RIDE.

On Saturday night, my friend and i were on TPE heading to sengkang after supper at changi village. We were just cruising at 95kmph-100kmph range on lane 2 when suddenly a bike zoomed past us on lane 1 at what must be 160kmph at least. The speed was one thing, the rider was lying on his seat with his legs in the air behind the tail of his bike, like superman, and his legs were swaying left and right. Following him, another 4 bikes zoomed past at high speed. Then along came a bunch of rxz and other assorted kups and 2b bikes speeding, but at maybe 120-130kmph range.

Then after this group, was the class 2 group, going at 120-130kmph range also, but they were weaving left and right as if all 3 lanes belonged to them, swerving between my friend and i (~70m safety distance). One of the bikes nearly collided into my friend too because he misjudged when he tried to speed up while weaving. Many of them have pillions too.

We actually encountered this group as we were leaving changi village. Friend and i decided to wait a while for them all to leave first, in case TP catch them and we got implicated cos of proximity. But we past them at Pasir Ris area when they stopped at a bus stop. There were 30-40 bikes in that group.

Why do some idiots want to ride like this? Are their lives worthless? I mean, want to accident, or want to kena TP, then go accident or kena TP yourself man, don't cause others to kena also... Bloody idiots....

That's why I stop going "rounding" at night. U never know when these idiots will cause something to happen...

I won't stop my 'rounding' (personally, i prefer the term ride aimlessly, as my friend and i use). Just because those idiots risk their life is one thing. My friend and i just want to enjoy riding at night when the traffic is light and go explore supper locations.

RIDE.

Haha.. nice rule you have.. :)

*Just kidding about chasing up.. LOL..

I got travel higher then that when "too chased" & if cannot out-run, stop by "rain shelter" (in-case that fellow wan to knock me down)

Bro.. to be frank.. kinda of hard.. There's alot of different riders out there..

These are several rules about groups and bikes. (this applies to SBF moderators as well) :p

#Rule 1 - Smaller bikes can't "say" bigger bike.. (Unless you achieved something that bigger bike also can't do, example ride to Thailand or further as a team) :)

#Rule 2 - Different groups of riders have different mindset (Unless you are the leader, you can't say anything)

#Rule 3 - 1 start all start cause no one want to stay behind or lost.. :p

& yup, you are right about the safety thingy.. Wan to play can.. Dun risk other road users.. :)

LOL.. cool.. dining table.. *for me.. Ring around my 4th finger.. :p (engaged)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Please proceed to this website/web link if you guys have any technical issues on Kawasaki Kips/KR150, I'll update the 1st POST as and when there's a new question. Newbies questions on the top as well. :)

I think rule 1 dun apply to me... If i have chance to fug the person for riding recklessly. I am only a P-plate. If he more experienced than me so what? If anything, a P-plate fugging an experienced rider on something that he should be more observant of, like safety, should humilate the seasoned rider more and hopefully put some sense into him. Of course the manner of fugging is one thing also. You talk seriously, but politely, it's ok. But if u $@#&$#, then the guy of course won't listen lah. Hahaha... This one, learn from danielling one.

Don't understand why people like to behave like this too...

And some 2B Bikers too, always "reacting" as though everyone wants to race with them..

Just wished that people knew how to be nicer to one another, encounters on the roads would make a person's day so much brighter..

Long Live the Dream.

I wish people would really stop racing me, it would goad me into actually beating them.

Think e 1 who said tat is e small person himself. Big bike has alot of plus points vs small bikes of coz. But a rider tat does not ve e license or choose not to get e licence or buy big bike doesnt mean anything. Its just a choice.

Respect even as e rider managed to resist e temptation. :)

Don't underestimate 2B bikes, it is simply a difference in power and handling but rider skill does not change.

LOL.. daring of what? Most rules also applies to 2B riders.. & I've ridden 2B for 6 years liaoz.. so just telling our new riders that sometimes.. "2B" cannot happy happy go "voice out" to another CL2 rider.. (dun wan more problem to arises) :)

Even nicely also cannot.. unless you know that rider personally den ok.. :)

I got voice out to 1000cc, 1400cc before also.. :p

Not first time see biker group. Just first time see so bloody reckless one.

For what? Life not precious? Maybe their definition of fun is doing that. I don't care, cos to each his own. My definition is to ride in smooth traffic with friend, explore all the corners of singapore. But when these riders endanger us with their antics, it can be a problem.

I very chill liao... Hahaha... if not chill i won't be posting here liao, ji tao take leave and go rounding...

Maybe i humji lah. But at the very most, i ride with one hand on throttle and left hand free, and that's usually near the end of the rounding session. And since i round after midnight, usually no cars or other bikes around except my friend's. Even then, i do that only like 1% of the time. The other 99% is the proper 7point riding posture taught in school. LOL!

RIDE.
