install a mudguards for road use.

Btw, Those bike i post and TX650/XS650 twin. Never see any of those on sg road but did saw 1 many many year ago.

 

Next year i will make a trackers project! Btw, tracker is the most "in" thing in japan now :)

Thanks for responding my post,

 

I think Street tracker is same as dirt tracker, just that they are legal on the street? (which mean comes with Signal, break light etc.)

 

Other than Duck tail and wide handle bar, they also had identical size wheel for both front and rear.

 

The Suzuki that mention here, i nv seem before, in 250 CC, i 've seen the Honda FTR 250 only(not on the road, on the web and, again MAH got it for sale and one is for display).

 

Yep, i am looking for nighthawk now(if come across for sale,please let me know).

My worry for NightHawk is, the rear wheel is small, need to change it, and i am not sure what kinda wheel can be replace.

Will look into the healthy engine bike.

 

Coz mostly i will be stripping all of them, and replacing tank,so cosmetic is not an issue...

 

Anything to look out for? for the Twin Engine. coz this is my first time i will be getting Twin.

 

And yea.. why not start this year? get your self a new year present.. :)

 

Check out the Deus, W650, Tracker.. amazing..

But heart pain to strip that way for already perfect-looking bike.

Some old Harley flat tracker actually looks like that. A bobber is just a term for a modified bike that still uses the original frame,a chopper has it's frame cut up or modified. The bike shown above would be considered a flat tracker styled chopper,the stock frame was replaced w a rigid frame(no rear suspension). There are no specific look for a bobber even tho some hotrod style(matt black,red rims and whitewall) are common and overused. U can use any style of bars for ur chopper or bobber depending on your taste or the look you're after. A lot of vintage bikes comes stock w drag bars too. Watever it is,it's cool to ride custom bikes. Go do some chopping!

Dying to do this project...hopefully by this year...

 

i love those flat track bar...

 

btw the switch,is it water proof?

Saw it on somewhere, i think the guy at Deus did it on W650..

look like old track switch...

To be able to clea, all the wireing must run inside the bar? all move the lock or stater somehwere else like under the seat? lots of work ya...

 

If any of you doing it, dont forget to document it...
