yup location must be bike friendly of course, but that is always the problem.

Best is a location which is free or cheap in parking.

Also proper parking which is orderly and allows for bike viewing...

 

Problem is got no time to do all the legwork and no experience to run themed f&b

was thinking of acquiring/purchasing the property as part of the set up.

a warehouse is not on the checklist but it is definitely a possibility on a rental basis.

u could buy the warehouse. Kallang Pudding Rd is freehold and is cheap to buy. and is old, so en-bloc also good chance. u hav to look long term as well. no point renting. we talking about only under $500K...
