There's a W400 just posted at sgbikemart, belongs to anyone here?

Not mine. I saw this bike on the road before, it has aftermarket slip-on mufflers. The only red colour W400 of the 5 units imported by MAH.

Just rode mine for the 5th year inspection, nice little bike to ride around town :thumb:

IMO, I don't really think there is a 'best' place because most shops can't survive to 'specialise' in classic or custom bikes.

Having said that, there are probably many skilled and experienced mechanics who will have no problems fixing or giving tips on these old bikes, cos these old machines are relatively basic compared to the superbikes nowadays. These old bikes are probably their 'primary school' homework.

The biggest challenge I believe is having a mechanic who is 'cool' enough to spend time waiting or sourcing for the parts with you and working with you on custom parts that are not readily available.

Perhaps, your question should be where do some of the 'old birds' here fix their bikes, and which bike shops stock up on old parts. :)

I do my bikes at Hup Hin at Alexandra Village. But that's mostly because I use to ride dirt bikes and I have been going there for ages.

Do you guys know which workshop is the best in building classic / vintage bikes in Singapore?

Thanks for the info... I am riding a 71 Honda CB100. My bike was rebuilt recently, but somehow still not that perfect... Engine will died while at first gear during stationary. Bike is nice and bling, but made me "malu" on the road a few times... Does the workshop you mentioned willing to do my bike? I think it's some carburettor issues....

By the way, are you Rod Monteiro the radio DJ? Ha!!! I know he collect motorcycles and bicycles... :D

My rides:

2001 - 2004: Mazda 323

2004 - Present: Honda Jazz

2010 - Present: Honda CB100
