i think it include the rxz belly pan if not really too ex for just workmanship.

anyway anyone going UM soon? can help me ask if the new 135 pulsar's rear hugger cum chain guard have stock already and the price?

want to fix it on your bike ar?

but need to modify...

cause the mounting points are different from 180 n 200...

anyway UM is not open today also...

any one here using WD-40? i rembr uncle mj mention about using it to prevent rust... how to use this product? any inputs ?

spray WD-40 on the rusted area or the area you want to prevent rust...

for rusted area after you spray,wait for awhile let the WD-40 "sit" n "eat" into the rust...then wipe off...

it will not work if the rust has already "eaten" into your metal and cause pitting...

DIY wif cable tie bro, i did it with my p180 last time. .....

Cable tie going thru the holes on the belly pan will look wierd ,rite? now sourcing for bracket to hold the mounting screw..

yes it can be used on UG3

bring down to UM to install

but need to change your chain guard to the P200/UG4 open one or the rear hugger from uncle mj or p135(haven tried out if can fit the sinnob sprocs or not)

glzco is getting someone but dont know how the progress now. btw urabummer's bike is ug3 rite? cos those analogue just need any t10 bulb. i'm not good with soldering, otherwise i'm tempted to try out.

haha.. for UG2 easy cuz using blub.. UG3 using another type of bulb that is soldered onto the circuit board.. orange told me hard to do and not worth it to in terms $labour time/costs vs costs for clients.. so told me dun do better.. haha..

Just got a reply from UMPL :

"We do not provide installation of belly pan for Pulsar 180 due to it is a aftermarket accessories. However most of the workshop will be able to install it at a nominal charges range from $60 to $80.00. This is the average charges charged by the work shop."

Really ah they never do it? If labour charge that steep, looks lik I'm going to DIY..

dun they? all of us do it at UM? hmmm... as for the charges... i dunoe.... as for DIY-ing.. if you got the screws and all you can do it..

WD-40 use on certain parts.. dun use on chain though.. if use on chain, must remember to lube it again after you clean off the rust.. cuz if you dun, it'll rust again.. like mad.....
