Rainy weather - be more careful guys. Just "Buanged" my BB @ 0225hrs over a manhole cover. Changed bike to my X9, then "Buanged" again @ 0540hrs. Same stretch of road only different man hole.( The 1 after).Upon further inspection, found the manhole got some "gooey" fluid spilling over. In darkness & wet weather , these things are totally invinsible & destructable. Just my luck. But as Umj said.It's all fated. But with no injuries to me & to both bike xcept for minor scratches, i'm glad to be alive. Praises to the 1.

 

2 wheelers who did not had a FALL .. I salute him or her!!!! .. I've shared mine here too ...

 

Experience learnt from mistakes .. the more we exposed the more we learnt ... Basic safety we have learnt in classroom but we always take things for granted!! ..

 

Basic rules & safety

 

Rider = safety riding gears + rain gears = do we have and wear on the road???? ...

Ride = good tyre, good lights, good brakings = do we check and install? ...

Environment = good riding habit, aware and alert, patience, calm = more exposed more experienced

Accident = always infront of us = if we don't have the above, don't blame the FATE!!!

This morning my left side rear view mirror was loose. While riding everytime I straighten it bends back again due to wind speed. Was feeling super unsafe, cant see behind on the left side so cant lane split also:(. Need to to tighten the mirror ASAP.

this morning i encountered someone stayed in my blind spot. i did a right turn, saw a bike turn left on the junction, after going straight, couldn't find him, right side there's a bike, but seems like he came from striaght road. so i keep my pace without swerving too much, indeed a bike from my left suddenly appear n overtook me. he didn't susprise me, cos i anticipate him to appear from my blind spot.

this shows u how important blind spot can be.

Yeah, blind spots very scary, so I normally gradually move a bit to the left or right, only in the region that is visible in the mirror and never move suddenly too much to the right or left. Also try to stay within the lane as much as possible. Only time I try to split lane is if a fast car is approaching me from behind or a car too slow in front of me.

lost4love came to my place around 12.45pm to collect his stuffs ... lucky him cos while parking unattended along rubbish dumb area .. he did not check his blind spot for the parking warden on standby there .. just in time I reached down and saw the aunty approaching his pick up... she walked away after seeing us walked back to his veh... hehehehe

 

ok lah got to go for my 2 classes at Arab st and Bt Panjang .... till 10 pm

Does anyone know if the new buyer interested to buy over the existing owner plate no. what is the procedure like ?

Both the buyer and seller dunno what to do? where to do all this procedure as well ?

 

go down LTA and fill in the necessary forms.. however, i'm not sure if you really need to go to a motorshop to handle these.. since they do the same thing, go LTA and do the registration.. so... better to call up la.. heh.. sometimes website also not updated..

yeah.. very very dangerous!!! blind spots are really the killer zones.. must watch out.. if you noticed those msia riders.. on kups.. somehow.. they always tend to swerve left and right.. like tryin to block anything from coming beside them.. especially those without side mirrors..

I agree with you. But many times we make the decisions, for eg take the bike or take MRT. When we go in MRT also something can happen. So if nothing happens we can say that it was fate that we are safe and if something happens we can say it was fate. In this case Fredd has decided to take MRT and he is safe.
