haha..duno la bro..i lookin for cheap bike juz to go work n back..u rode an fjr b4..u shud noe how our bikes drink. summore i work 5days a wk..every 3-4 days need to pump alrdy..so tinkin whether havin a fc-savin bike would be financially good for me

I dont think its worth keeping 2 bikes, bro, just for the FC savings.

Consider this you FZ Fc is how much 20 kms/Ltr? Pulsar FC is 45 kms/Ltr. If you are riding 60 kms a day it is about 1200 kms a month will require you 60 Ltrs of petrol a month. For Pulsar you will need 27 Ltr. So you save about 67$ a month.

Now consider the extra costs of maintaing 2 bikes. The parking fee, road tax, insurance and inspection. So savings isnt as much.

ahahahaha... sorry sorry :cheeky:

@Fredd, hello ah, you got a Fazer, can't have the cake, the ice cream on the side and eat them ! :)

A few months into riding the Pulsar, and knowing I wanted to get all my bike licenses (mainly because I want to be able to ride a bike to tour the US one day !), I knew I would stick with the Pulsar.

In Singapore, it is hands down the best bike for daily use.

If you like having a bike for speed, racing and showing off, then go for a nice sports bike or whatever floats your boat.

If you're a touring addict, get an awesome BMW-made-for-touring bike.

If you want a bike that's both powerful enough and versatile enough to allow to do commuting, daily rides for errands, pillioning, AND WE in malaysia ---> get a Pulsar ! :thumb: :thumb:

Best FC in Singapore, best maintenance cost, best resistance to time, best pick up speed, and top speed that will not make you feel ashamed as a 2B rider. And on top of it, the icing on the cake, best group of friendly Pulsar riders !! :cheer:

I agree that having two bikes is a choice, sometimes a bike isn't fit for everything. Only a Pulsar can do many things and make its owner happy :D

But if you want bigger, cooler (Monster Dukette wait for me !!) or faster, well, then fork out the money baby, cause FC and low cost maintenance are going bye-bye..!

I think can also be affixed to the rear seats and be used as saddlebags.

They look nice.. small enough for short trips.. but it doesn't say if they are waterproof
