Welcome to the team, looks like you've been lurking for a while, so hope you learned a few things with us - but don't be shy to ask , you'll probably have more questions now that you have your own bike :)

What color is it ? Did you change the tyres ? Are you putting a box on it ? Do you wear a Full Face helmet ? Do you have a riding jacket and riding gloves ?

Just curious about the important stuff :cheeky:

Alright peeps, looks like we have a BTMO next Sunday then ! Thanks for the replies, it's likely to be Sunday morning until beguining of the afternoon so book your time with SBT ! :cheer:

@fizhlmocca, another blue Pulsar, cool :) Hope you find some time to read about the advantages of wearing a FF helmet (Full Face) for safety (plus, no matter how much you design it, a half face helmet will never be as cool as a full face !). Suggest you get the gloves asap so you get used to riding your bike with them, and they will help you feel more comfortable riding (plus diminish a bit the vibrating sensation).

For the tyres, you should change them as well. The stock tyres are known to have a bad grip, and are not meant for our clean smooth roads. They are also to be feared in mutli storey carparks, where it's slippery (rain or not), and to maneuver on slopes. In one word: no-good. If you have the budget to change them, i recommend you do it on the spot at the bikeshop. If not and need to save up, then ride very very carefully, especially over wet/sandy surfaces, or when not going straight. Many have fallen with their bikes just days after getting it because of the tyres, you don;t want to get injured and to scratch your brand new P200.

Oh, and also, get crash bars installed. Should come with the P200 but you never know, just in case, make sure they install them.

yes mocca..pls heed oren's advice since u r a new rider. understand u may not have vitamin M to do all these 1 shot but change them according to priority..tyres 1st important(ur only contact wif e road), brakes 2nd(u need response time and brakin to avoid collission[my 1st accident was this wen i juz passed 2wks after i collected my bike], horn n lights.

ride safe bro

i find it easier to explain by a picture than typing words! oh talking about words, we are clocking forum page numbers super fast! :D average, 2 pages 1 day I guess! lol :p

oh well, I just jammed break!

she slowed down as if she was pulling over n never signaled, so i thought she's gonna stop n i proceeded slowly.. i usually slow down near flat areas as people/old folks have the tendency of crossing the road abruptly..

she too jammed on her break.. when i made eye contact she hand signaled to say sorry.. i just gulped down my anger in an instant n shook my head to acknowledge... well.. after all some times we too misjudge n make wrong decision...

yeh bro, need to be more n more cautious on the road.. when i reflect on my riding days.. I can easily say there's atleast 1-2 motorist who does a mistake endangering my life on the road.. pretty scary

relax bro, at least that driver knows she's wrong, n hopefully she learns from her mistake. this kind can forgive.

it's those kind who make mistake n dont say sorry n still think he's right that we have to watch out for.

talking about pages, blame me for the spamming. :D
