GABAN CRASHED too !!!!!

 

otw to clinic after the overdose of the 2T pefumes he posted earliear ..

 

his comet kissed 1 car at cross junction!!!!! ... now in the clinic ...

 

his comet front fender so far received the damaged while the car left side got big dent ....

 

how it happened hmmm

I need the help of 2 people to proofread some FAQ answers on the future website of our team' date=' and to help me search the past 605 pages for answers and precise information on some topics relevant to our bikes.[/b']

 

i can help with faq that i can recall off-hand, but not proof read 600pg

it was rather unnerving actually' date=' and i thought it would be wise for each rider to don a really reflective vest for night riding to improve visibility and overall safety. hence, i thought if it will be more useful to get group reflective vests, say with the DRS logo or something? of course, for those who really insist, we can still decide on a separate T/poloT/shirt - but embroidered designs may be better. if only a small group, only the front n back needs to be visible.

May i know what the market rate will roughly be if im looking for one which COE can last me till 2016 or more? Is there any difference between the 180 and the 200 except for power wise? Wish someone could help me out here. What about the maintenance of a pulsar bike? Will it be expensive as this bike is from india? Looking forward to joining u peeps for outings!

2nd hand est 2-3k for a 2-4yr bike.

for 180, there's 4 type, we call them ug1-4. usually what u find is ug2 or ug3. ug2 has analogue while ug3 digital meter. ug3 tail light is led. the rest almost the same

ug4 has similar outlook as p200, no kickstart, handlebar also diff.

p200 has oil cool system

for maintenance, is the same for all 2b bikes. universal motor at queensway is the sole distributor for bajaj, they selling the parts quite expensive, but we have other alternative. so unless u have engine trouble which we always advise to go back to them, all other things can try to source.

If you know the answer right away then thAts perfect. But for some questions, to get the right answer we will have to search this thread...

How expensive are the parts UM sells compared to other bikes parts? Like for example let's say you need a new rectifier or gear lever, or something very specific to the Pulsar model. How much more expensive is the price UM gives vs. the price you would get in another shop if your bike was say a Honda or Yamaha?

 

Because I actually feel UM has a higher price than what the part costs in India or indonesia, but compared to SG bike shops I feel the pricing is very competitive. Am I wrong, can the folks who've had other bikes maybe share their views ?

Yeah that's what we've been saying for more than 2 years now but if someone goes MIA, no one picks it up, so it's best to have 2-3 people focused on the task until completed. ANything you can contribute will , I'm happy to take.

I was hoping to take this route below and on to the forest .

Problem is, how do you from gelamg patah go back south to the J4 as on the initial itinerary shown above ?

There is a way to exit the highway to GP and Esso station, but I can't see I way once there to reach the J4 in the south..

 

Any idea anyone to answer my question ?
