The reason I dont like it is because Varadero was made for the UK market where they have restrictions of 125CC and hence they are trying to get the most power out of 125CC in a non efficient way and hence overpricing it.

 

In SG, when we have 200CC as the limit, why should we buy a product that was made for UK's circumstances. There is much more efficient way of getting the same or more power in a 200CC and and at a lower price too.

 

To add, UK restrictions include 125cc and maximum of 15HP. Well, for a 15HP bike, choices are aplenty. Pulsar 180 has slightly more and has good FC no doubt. Pulsar 200 has even more HP and makes me go zoom zoom all the time. That bike puts a smile on me. But as they say, with great power comes great responsibility.

Friends, I used to have a flip up helpmet. The flip up part somehow Broke. Is there a way to fix it? (I am guessing No).

 

So, any advice on where I could buy my next helmet? I somehow cant figure out where Ah boy is or Regina is. How much would I have to put down to get a good full face helmet?

i agree wif u totaly. put it simple, its not worth getting 125cc european bike. theres no 'fun' factor in wasting more than 10k just for a first hand 125cc european bike (even for a 2nd hand) even if u can afford it. dats y i emphasis on value. buuuttt..... uuhhh .. in the end, its individual preferences.

u want cheap one or good one? ders a few shops in seranggoon selling helmets. ahboi, regina, choing aik, auntie shop, and one shop i forget. ahboi n regina is at kelantan lane.

whos gagan? sure. u can buy a helmet from other countries n use it here. i bot my LS 2 flipup in penang n wore it here. i bot a half face helmet from batam and wore it here.

forget about LTA laws on helmets. they very x3 rarely check wat helmet ur wearing unless ur unlucky on dat day.

Motoworld has good helmets as well in their Uni branch (google them). I got myHJC FF helmets from them, they often have sales on "older" models which are from last season but are still an excellent choice.

 

I love HJC helmets because they are very light and at the same time have a shape that's perfect for my head.

Don't rush into buying, try a few at different shops

 

Lim ah boy shop is on google map, with that you'll have no pb finding it. Regina is at the corner of Jalan Besar and Kelatan Lane, "behind" Lim Ah Boy.

If tremble and no wobbling, could be as what MJ said, end bar or also can be engine oil due for change.

 

You'd be surprise how smooth the ride gets after a fresh litre of oil goes in.
