hey guys, i'm a total no0b to motorcycle outlook maintainance. ask you all ah, what kinda stuff is used to polish the exterior? will polishing wax do? any recommendations? oh, and do any of you have those water-repelling spray to apply on visor of your helmet to keep the raindrops off?

 

one more thing, anyone got install those cigarette lighter? if so, where di ya'll get it from? installation easy?

 

Normal waxing will do.. or u can bring it to Team Shinez Opp UM to do it for u.

btw smoke and ride ah? the ash wun fly all over? can close visor? the cig wun burn faster? looks challenging to me =0

tonite maybe going jb pump petrol... will checking my sprockets later to see if their time is up.

ah d'oh, I was talking about those cigarette lighter power sockets, the type in car. cuz i wanna be able to charge stuff whilst riding. or rather, intend to get GPS receiver but it only comes with cigarette lighter adapter.

 

i got, from any neighbourhood shop can get. install very easy, just put in pocket. or just hold the cigerette to your engine/exhaust

try batt-powered gps or fone gps. dyi mount on bike...i suggest only i duno how =)

yep, exactly what i'm getting, bluetooth GPS receiver with internal batt, holux m1200 ebayed. then bluetooth to phone, use *ahem* software from the net on phone for navigation, or can just use nav4all. I just want the audio guidance for now.

 

problem is the internal batt is charged via car ciggy lighter adapter, that's what i trying to figure out.

 

just wanted to find out how to attach one.
