Ok Guys,

How many of you want tank bra at $4 each, am planning to bring it for you guys from India ( I am waiting/looking for some one to bring it along with them when they come from my place(India) to singapore).

I can't promise you now, when can i get it, but keep you update.

I will post the picture of mine ..soon here.

If you need any thing else also let me know, i can get pricing (but the problem is the item should be less weight to bring from India as now all air lines accept only 25 KGs as personal luggage, otherwise i have to source for courier service). 10 tank bras will weight me lessthan 1kg, so np to bring along with personal luggage.

During DIY installing both should be ok cos my memory is still quite fresh on wat to do for both.

Please check wif nemesis when the DIY is. cos i oso dunno.

Hazard lights - $15 materials included.

Alarm - Price defers from $20-$60. if ur model is UG3 cost more for extra materials needed to make the alarm workable for remote start.

Alarm u need to purchase urself as i have problems giving warranty period if the alarm i bought is faulty.Previously that was y the alarm installation stopped cos nemesis and i found out that the supplier we had, alarms have some stupid prob that cannot be resolved.so the main pt is get ur alarm we get the stuff needed with the installation n install for u. EZ for both sides.

oh... the price kinda put me off. i dont have much use for it actually but i thought might be cheap so no harm getting it. maybe i will get it done but not in the near future, i guess.

not surprise lah bruder.. that previous post someone mention about insurance around $1500++ if u below 21 yrs old , P-plate somemore, sure very expensive.

pulsar 200cc is close to 6k...

not worth it lah, bruder.. get a second hand.. and 80% of class 2B rider upgrade thier bike to class2A once they get their license a year later... unless u super very sure u gonna stay with pulsar for a long time than its worth it to buy new.

thats my opinion lah.

The 1 who said he saw the full tank cover is Mercenary. Nemesis said he has ordered a few full tank covers, dunno from where/who. Ezlink, who volunteered to get them from India, hasn't shown the pic of his tank cover.

Check your tool pack for a C-spanner.

looks something like that.

look at your rear suspension. near the top of your suspension, just above the spring, you should see many slots/notches something like a gear.

you can hook the tip of the C spanner into the holes and push either to the right or left depending on how you hook. should be quite straight forward.

you do not need a lot of strength to do that, if you are using alot of strength and it would not budge, it means you are either at max or min.

if you can turn it, observe the spring does it get compressed? if yes, turn it the other way round to reduce the compression.

What you are doing is reducing the preload of the suspension. it allows you to soften things a bit to reduce bumpiness.

But becareful of suspension that is too soft, you can bottom-out and damage your suspension.

make sure both suspension on the right and left has the same preload.

Also check your tyre pressure and abnomalities.

Hope this helps.

Went to UM just now and did 1st servicing. Mech turned rear suspension to 2 dial for me. Can feel smoother riding after servicing

wahahaha... dun worry is not chiong stuff... and also not bajaj geniune part.

Rear sprocket = honda wave

Chain = DID gold or Heavy duty.

now.... is it chiong parts ?

Anyway... just for disclaimer... if your bike is not under warranty, you can feel free to change to any OEM part, provide it fit the pulsar. If your bike is under warranty, i suggest u go back UM and change, which will cost u 70 buck for a F15/R42 size sprocket, ALL original bajaj part.
