Rear sprocket = honda wave

 

 

this is for UG3 right? or version 2 without kill switch also can fit?

Good thing I went to ask and let them test, is actually not much difference with or without dB killer, just a bit more beefier sound and is still within exhaust noise spec in singapore, also some repo

Hi guys

Owing to the ever increase in pump price, I have the intention to get a pulsar 200. But I've found the forum in India that the 200 is unreliable. It shows pics of the broken front folk that happened at 40 kph. Have u guys heard of this self-distractive incidence? I wonder it is an isolated case or a design fault that caused the accident.

Chain = DID gold or Heavy duty.

 

now.... is it chiong parts ?

 

Anyway... just for disclaimer... if your bike is not under warranty, you can feel free to change to any OEM part, provide it fit the pulsar. If your bike is under warranty, i suggest u go back UM and change, which will cost u 70 buck for a F15/R42 size sprocket, ALL original bajaj part.

 

so if those OEM parts around how much? can i look for you next time i wanna change? and btw, same concern as GoofRider, version2 without engine kill switch also can right?

those with the weak forks is the very first (few) batch of pulsar200 and from what i google, other forums have claimed that those actually stand a very small percentage only, compared to the rest that never break down. and bajaj have solved the problem.

 

anyway i think should be safe now, else UM wont bring it in. if you are still worry, why not get a 180? it will be even cheaper than the 200 and it does the same job. :thumb:

more accurate FC should be those run in finish vehicles.

For ver 2 with engine kill switch and later models with 4 mounting holes. So ur model cannot lah

That's the 1st batch of the 200 that was subsequently recalled. The ones being sold now are from a later batch. That's y it took so long for it to appear in SG.

We will be purchasing VHT high temp Spray to spray our exhaust back to it shine again. Also we be sharing cost, estimate about 3 person to a can of VHT. Before anything to be confirm, we need to know how many rider is actually interested in doing it.

Yes, for a 1st-timer, buying a bike can be a headache. Wat u can do is get an experienced biker to go along with u.

 

1 thing gd abt Universal Motors is that when they give u a quotation, it's 'everything-in' price, no hidden costs.

best is check wif insurance company itself. Depends on ur riding experience/Year of passing/NCD.

the main problem is .. there is no one that i know is a well experienced rider... if my friend... they all not that free also...
