Hmmm..... as long as you can maintain the burden... you are free to get it...

consider this few point.

1) Yearly insurance and roadtax ( say.. estimate 100 for roadtax, insurance is about 300?)

2) monthly installment of say... 150...

3) monthly season parking of 15 buck (got increase or not ?)

4) monthly petrol monthly... ( say every week top of 30buck ?) (newbie sure travel alot)

5) put aside say.... 300 for modification and repair

If you feel comfortable and have preparation for about... feel free to go get a bike...

You dun have to really get pulsar. there is many type of bike that is in ur buget. Example... 500 buck can get a vespa (no installment )otr already... or best... get a kup (honda wave etc).

There is a huge reality between wants and needs.... at ur age, ur desire of wants is very strong, so just make sure u can support it.

yearh. you all were right... best possibility of getting other bikes...

like spark ... wave all that isnt my type.. better with clutched-bike...

any idea about spark quotation??

although my very intention is on the pulsar.. for the love of its fuel effienciency..

but i guess its bout $$ that i have to handle bout it...

Bro, can share the steps on how your alarm remote start is activated, not taking into consideration the timer that you are using.

Thanks.

i cant explain that. cos its the alarm itself will be giving the remote start.

im juz adding the timer system to delay the cranking

my bike has been sucking up EO past few months. I normally change EO at 1500km (which is about every month or so).

Last month i noticed that from 1L ++ of EO dropped to 0.8L when i changed EO.

This month i noticed that it dropped to 0.7L when i changed.

I should really clean my bike. That way i could easily see if i got a leaky gasket or whatnot. :/

Check your exhaust to see if there is smoke. If there is smoke, it is likely that eo is leaking into combustion chamber via piston rings.

Else check the floor for drops of eo in the morning after prolonged rest.

Other than that you will really need to clean up the whole engine area to allow leakage to show up.

Wanna know why? Cos the price varies from seller to seller and from buyer to buyer as it depends on so many factors.

U wanna buy bike, so gotta put in some effort lah to find the best buy for urself. If buying from shop, best is to go down and ask them. If buying from pte seller, check out the Used Bike Sale Section.

As a rough guide:

2nd-hand UG2 (FBA plate) - abt $2.5K-$3K

2nd-hand UG3 (FBB plate) - no idea, maybe around $3.5K?

New UG3 - abt $4.8K

New P200 - abt $5.6K

How accurate? God knows!

for first hand 180 how much it cost ?

There u go...got this from prev page only

Hey.....u must hav been a cute baby..........muaahahahahhhahahahhahhaa

Check your main stand and sside stand... if it is cover with sand and oil... the oil seal at the gear lever is leaking. very common problem. cost 9 buck to replace.

Well, u already mentioned "usable reserve : 2l".. So can use only 2L out of 3L of the reserve.

You can get shops to do for you, they will charge a fee dunno how much.

Or you can do it yourself.

You do it with exhaust on bike or take it out.

It depends on how much effort you are will to put into respraying the exhaust.

If you have time and tools, can always do it yourself.

You need to get sandpaper to remove the rust first. If you got time you can also remove the old paint.

When spraying paint, many thin layers is better than few thick layers.

Just remember, sometime down the road you will need to respray again.

Thanks for the information. Which workshop do you recommend?

you can open this link to see detail modification about that pulsar

During that trip, the traveling speed is about 70-90km/h. but this trip, i expect the speed to be slightly faster.
