before hand need to know your P180 UG3 or UG2? As mentioned UG2 have 2types of sprocs holes ... 4 holes presently no problem while 6 holes Sinnob are doing the sample now.

 

P180 Red I have stock but if you still interested with the Blue gears, I can ordered in for you since we have 2 sprocs ready to ship out from Indonesia .. but you need to finalise with me with the transfers of $91 made to my account.

 

If you take the Red colour price will be $82 package... consists of the Gears set, manual booklet, 3 months warranty cert, Sinnob T shirt, Sinnob Cap, Sinnob pen and stickers.

Bro .. Sinnob 39T for P180 they don't produce ... P180 is 15 40T 428 chain while P200 is 15 39T 520 chain. .. is that ok with you?

I know they are 17 inches but what's the width for each one ? 3.5 ? 2.5 ?

I couldn't find anything in the manual about this - I have yet to check on the rims themselves but from memory I don;t recall seeing any marking on the rims...

hey what's ideal price for overwhaul? some say $120 some say $400 Who to hear?

Depend what's impacted, how much of the engine needs overhauling. The range I read here is from $400 to $800 actually. Usually around $600. Can hit $1k if massive damage.

Need help-whenever I move off-got this metal clinking sound from around my sprocket area, first thought was sprockets-but even after changing sprocs, still have this metal clinking sound!!!-any ideas bro..

 

If it's a clinking sound coming from that area, does it happen only when accelerating or when you close throttle? When you're riding, it doesn't make the sound that obviously?

 

If so, do this, take a rubber mallet, and look under your bike at the bottom where the exhaust goes into this square block.

 

Take the rubber mallet and tap UPWARDS on the square metal chamber connected to the bottom of the exhaust headers. If you can hear clinking sounds, just go UM get the exhaust welded. Remember to do this with the bike cold and off! Don't burn yourself.

 

Ever asked once, they said that that square chamber is the exhausTEC chamber. The parts inside can/will degrade over time, then end up in the exhaust header. Need to remove it. You'll be surprised by the amt of s*** they can shake out of the exhaust when they take it off.
