Even better upgrade would be CMO Brembo Break pump together plus e break hose. Get e numbers go down to different bike shop to ask for their quote.

 

Everyone benefit together would be awesome rather than one by one. Trust me if ur hoping to use Pulsar for long do upgrade urbreaking system.

The list that is posted here contains prices from...2008! So plase be careful when reading it, some items may not have been updated since 2-3 years back, so it can explain the higher price as everything (from the bike price to the labor costs) have gone a bit up during the years..

 

do you have p200 workshop manual too?

 

There is no Workshop manual for P200 - well, at least, no manual has been leaked to the internet, I searched high and low and there's not to be found. But the P180 is very reliable and useful, and will answer most of your P200 questions !

Speedaddict had his 6 holes sprocket on his ride .... special ordered hehehe and his ride now looks more fierce with Orange Sprocket Gears

 

I've stock P180 4 holes Sinnob Red .. interested please let me know.

found out next Fri will be Jason's last day at UM...

after that he will be leaving back home to philippines then to canada...

thanks bro for coming all the way down to my place this morning...

my rpm issue got a bit of improvement...

ah teck asked me to adjust the a/f ratio screw(bronze) only

the rpm one no need to touch unless the idling rpm is too low or too high

now raining can't go out to test out the adjustment yet...

maybe tonight will go xpressway to try out...

also after i took out the spark earth i can feel more raw power when i throttle

can feel more of the kick when i throttle than compared to with spark earth...

will take out spark earth later and ride for a few days w/o it to try out...

after reading about the cost of overhauling your ride by our brothers here .. I too concerned about my engine tear and wear. To open up and having the engine overhaul be it minor or major, the price are really super bomb. Alternative, a friend of mine in Indonesia recomends me to try a product to overhaul my ride without opening up the engine. Curious with the product, I google online to know what this product truely is all about ... upon searching and found

After reading and to know why, I contacted my friend and brought in one packet and have a shot on my ride ...

 

like always .. no sacrifies no victory I prayed for the best and squeezed on the first sachet into my engine. Within 15 mins honestly, when I took ride I can feel the slight improvement ...

eager after 200km ride I squeezed in the second scahet and have a normal ride ... my quick start responded faster and the sound of clinging and knocking reduced and power increased slightly...

and latest after the final 200km the third sachet into my engine ... truely my engine sound and vibrates bette and better.

Sped on the road and amazingly it response better and my rpm shoot at 8k on 113km faster than before when at 8rpm only hit 110km.... hehehe I'm not poisoning anyone here as this is just my story with my ride to share with you guys ....

right side is more lean left side is more rich.

lean=lesser fuel, run hotter, heard long run can spoil engine or wad, but can save more fuel

rich=the direct opposite of lean

just dun turn like normal screw, the screw has high sensitivity.

 

 

was told be ah teck the screw is just for the air flow only

turning right(towards your tail light) will open the gap

turning left(towards your headlight) will close the gap
